Four bedroom home with private pool, rec room and hot tub. This no-smoking home complies with all City of New Buffalo Short Term Rental Rules, permit # CR19-0130. Bright and ready for your perfect vacation! Updated home with new carpet, flooring, kitchen and much more. Lots of light, room and fun. Hot tub and pool. Minimum age to rent home is 25. Home sleeps 8 and has a year round hot tub, ping pong table, multiple outdoor spaces and a large patio to enjoy those Michigan days and nights. The large wooded lot provides shade and relaxation, heated pool is open in the summer and there are yard games for all ages. Located one street over from the Marina and Marina Grand hotel. Includes private beach access and is an easy walk to town, public beach and all the fun New Buffalo has to offer. The private beach is a neighborhood beach and the size varies during different times in the season. you can walk or drive to the public beach h which has life guards, snack bar and kayak rental. Located on desirable lake side of Red Arrow Highway ( US 12). Fully equipped for your stay!

Had a great time at this location with a group of friends. House is right near the lake, walkable to downtown, and has a pool/hot tub/ping pong table/grill area/firepits for activities at the house. Very cleanly, large with many beds, and lots of amenities. Beautiful town, would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay. House had everything you need for your stay. Lots of dishes,flatware,glassware,etc. Had both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Two living areas that are very easy to relax in. Beds and linens were so comfortable!It's one house away from lake,so I feel asleep to the sound of the waves. The pool is just great,it's so relaxing even just sitting by it. It's gorgeous at night with its lights. I will definitely will be coming back next year
