Oxford is a beautiful town with historical buildings and great food and entertainment options and hosts one of the top universities in the world. The apartment is located in a very quiet, very green and away from the traffic, residential area.
What makes this property unique
The beautiful Apartment is situated on the ground floor, with a private drive on the right side of the building and two free on street parking spaces in front of the building.
The apartment is light and airy, built in 2003. The lounge area offers a seating and eating area, with a smart TV. Kitchen connects with the lounge. Through the kitchen window you can see part of the rear garden with table and chair facility. The Apartment features a large master bedroom with Hotel Quality king size bed and mattress, together with a single bedroom with super soft single bed and mattress. If you require, the sofa-bed in the lounge area can be set out for one person for a good night rest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi and cereal/milk breakfast is included, meaning you can use the internet for work or leisure and have a quick bit to eat.
Well equipped kitchen offers all the modern facilities you would expect including a kettle, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and tea making facilities. All cutlery and utensils including saucepans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses are provided should you wish to prepare any food on-site.
All Bedrooms at the apartment have hotel style and quality comfy beds with plump pillows and fresh linen. Wardrobes, drawers with hangers area provide for storing clothes, as well as a full-length mirror, the all-important hairdryer and iron and ironing-board too.
The bathroom, situated off the hallway, contains a shower, basin and toilet, where fresh towels are provided, as well as Shampoo, Conditioner and shaving point.
As well as the premium quality linen, fluffy white towels and luxury toiletries supplied, we can also provide weekly cleaning and linen changes for longer staying guests.
