Fabulous 4 bedroom unit with boat slip.

This fabulous Cedar Heights lake condo is newly remodeled with many amenities, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms this family friendly home-away-from-home is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a prime Lake of the Ozarks location.
This home can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. There are two bedrooms with king beds, one queen bed all with on-suite baths. The bunk room is great for the kids and sleeps four. You will also find a queen sleeper sofa in the loft. With our tiniest guests in mind, we also have a pack and play, high chair and bouncy seat.
There is plenty of area for your group to spread out with a main living room, loft living room and game area. The dining area can seat up to 13. Watch the sunrise and boats from the private balcony. Enjoy grilling dinner outside on the gas grill and with seating for eight.
Our lake house will provide you with all the comforts of home. You will find the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and condiments and the bathrooms provide personal care items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner are supplied for your convenience. The super soft bed and bath linens make you feel right at home.
Our provided amenities go beyond the basics. Need items for swimming and boating? We have coolers, life jackets for little ones, pool noodles and more. Looking for evening or rainy-day entertainment? You will find plenty of board games, Xbox, game table and of course WiFi. Thirsty? For the adults we have provided a beverage bar, with a beverage fridge, coffees, teas, and a Ninja Mixer for those margaritas.
Have a boat or renting, we supply for at no additional charge a 12 x 30 slip.
The condo is located on the west side of the lake just west of Camdenton off of Highway 54. Camdenton. We are situated on a quiet arm of the lake near MM 13. Within a short drive you can access some of the top area golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and State parks. Cedar Heights is a gated community right off the highway next to Old Kinderhook. We are located 7 miles from the Softball Fields in Macks Creek and 6 miles to the Ozarks Amphitheater.
The condo is on the top floor with no neighbor noise from above. Entrance is on the second level and is only three flights of stairs up from the parking area. There is no elevator access to the unit.

Clean, comfortable condo in a very family friendly location on the lake.

Property is ideally suited for families with multiple generations as long as everyone is ok with steps. Our party of me and my wife, two married children and four grandchildren enjoyed this roomy condo located just above the pool and only steps from the docks and lake.

Wonderful vacation

We loved the condo. It had absolutely everything you needed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes and cookware. The beds were comfortable with high quality furniture throughout the entire condo. We loved the Camdenton area for boating. Much better than Osage Beach.

Excellent accomodations!

Kris' place was perfect for our family vacation! The place was very clean and one of the most well-appointed kitchens that I have ever seen in a vacation rental! It had the perfect set up for our family and the close proximity to the pool was great. The extra touches, pool, lake equipment, towels and kitchen basics were fantastic. I would definitely rent from Kris again. Thanks!

Overall, the condo was very nice, recently updated. It was very well stocked. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable. The upstairs loft was a great area for the kids to hang out and was well stocked with games and a few toys. Our gate code didn’t work to get in, but the gate attendant was able to give us a new code. Overall, I would not stay here again. It seemed more like a retirement community and we felt like we were constantly being watched.

Great get-away

I particularly liked the layout of this unit. It worked well for our multigenerational family. There are stairs to enter the unit, so be sure you know what floor you are on if that’s an issue. The hosts of this house keep it very well equipped with gear, condiments, towels, toiletries. … makes for a very easy and comfortable stay.

Wonderful condo and great host!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our adult children. It’s spacious, yet cozy. Absolutely everything you need is present in the condo. The boat slip was easily accessible and we were provided clear directions to launch the boat and store the trailer. I did reach out to Kris a few times with questions and received immediate responses. We loved this condo so much, we already booked it again for next year!

Absolute Gem!

Stayed her for an annual lake trip with friends. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, great location, and the added boat slip was amazing. I made carnitas the first night we were there, and brought my own Instapot. Only to find out they even had one of those in the condo! The host was very responsive, and was able to accommodate an early check-in. If we stay on this part of the lake in the future, we will absolutely look to see if this property is available first!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo on our favorite (best) part of the lake! It was clean, beautifully decorated, very spacious for our family of 7, and extremely well-stocked with everything we could need (Before our trip, Kris (the host) provided a very detailed condo inventory which was so helpful!) Other things that really made a difference for us and were greatly appreciated: Enough floor and/or countertop fans for each bedroom, comfy beds, use of the owner's wagon that was an absolute lifesaver in getting our things down to the dock, basket of snacks left for us upon our arrival, dining table that seated 8 people, a large partially-covered deck, very nice separate living space in loft. The location is awesome - right off Hwy 54 and close to town - no driving miles on hilly, curvy roads. Kris was very easy to communicate with - quick to respond and very helpful and friendly! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation rental!

Wonderful Condo!! Close to the ballpark!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It felt as o nice to come in and have so many accommodating stocked items! We kept saying that it was the most stocked VRBO that we’ve ever stayed at. We booked this place to go to a baseball tournament with 2 other baseball families and with the 4 bedrooms and loft, it worked out perfectly! Throughout our 4 day stay, there were only 2 complaints— the water in the pool was freezing- would be nice if they heated it maybe? And the cleaning staff left sheets and towels in the dryer- we didn’t find these until the 2nd day when we went to do laundry, so before I could do my own laundry, I had to finish up that load and fold it- which was still damp…. All in all, 10/10 and we would stay here again.
