This property was just as it was listed. We had a wonderful time. Very cool old Hawaii vibe. Very cool pool area to chill in after a day of adventure. The grounds were extremely well maintained. This place is in a great spot. If you are looking for a place that is away from the big resort experience, then this is the one.

This unit was everything and more! We were so beyond thrilled with the set up, communication, cleanliness, and extra supplies for the beach such as the multiple coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, aloe,and snorkel gear we awesome to have on hand. The bed is extremely comfortable, the extra half bathroom was a nice bonus, and the view from our balcony was beautiful. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked with every supply you might need. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay, we will definitely be back, we loved every minute.

We love the property clean quit and nice we had trouble with parking too many people park there that are not guest it would be best to have some sort of parking oversight to make sure others don’t park there

It was ok. Had a nice balcony overlooking the ocean, but it was far from private. The unit was ok, nothing spectacular. No tv in bedroom. Bed was ok, not great. Only 1 small shower, no tub. The shower hot water took awhile to heat up and ran out. Bedroom extremely bright. Between no proper curtains and the darn chickens, hard to get adequate sleep there. Limited parking. Had to park on street if arriving late. Uncomfortable living room furniture. Only 1 AC in bedroom which didn't come close to cooling the unit or even just the bedroom with the door shut. Had to use every fan available and temp was still in the 80's in the unit. Not good for migraine sufferer. Would not return or recommend for the price

Great little spot

The unit was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. Nice view from the bedroom onto park and water. Easy walking distance to shops and beach. We really enjoyed it. No dishwasher but the positives more than outweighed this little inconvenience.

Overall the unit was good. The fact that there was not an A/C was horrible. Especially when you are asked to close all windows and doors when you go out to explore. Only one fan. We actually purchased a second fan and left it for the next person. If you like or can handle humidity, this place would be great. The price was a little high but it’s Hawaii.

Lazy Lounging on Lovely Lanai

We loved sitting on the Lanai (even if the table made it a bit crowded) watching the clouds go by and the waves come in. Delightful. Space was clean and spacious. And outfitted with all one could need for a wonderful stay in Hawaii.

Great Unit!

I love staying at the prince Kuhio. I have to say this is one of my favorite units. It's so big! The extra half bath is a total bonus. Love the top floor location and great views. We were very comfortable here. Will be booking again in the future!

Awesome views and great location

Ocean view from the deck. Tropical garden view and pool out the front. Clean unit that had everything that was advertised. Great snorkeling beach across the street. Very close to Poipu Beach area for swimming/body-boarding/snorkeling as well as lots of turtles and seals, but in a much quieter setting. Our keypad battery died when we were there, and they were very responsive to get it fixed right away.

Great location near snorkeling and small beach

We enjoyed our stay and the nice Prince Kuhio property. I was surprised there was no AC (not super evident in the listing). We stayed in January and could have still used some cooling in the bedroom beyond the supplied fans. Well appointed condo with many little extras like beach chairs.

Spacious and clean condo though needs updating of furnishings. Beautiful grounds close to nice small beach and snorkeling cove with beautiful sunsets. Great location for walking to shops, restaurants and other locations of interest. Enjoyed the ocean view from the lanai (off the bedroom) and another peak view from the living area. A downer that I missed was no dishwasher. There are several Weber BBQ grills and we enjoyed grilling while there. Overall, a lovely time at the Prince Kuhio.

Beautiful location from our balcony.

Overall, this place is perfect. It’s very spacious. Grounds and pool are gorgeous. We would stay here again for sure. Only negative comment is the electric needs to be updated. It’s really really old. Plugs don’t always work because they are so loose. Didn’t stop us from finding other outlets!
