Just 25 minutes from Tampa Airport & 25 minutes from Gulf beaches, you can not find a more perfect spot. Located on a ski lake in beautiful equestrian town of Odessa, come enjoy a home that has plenty to do, or gives you the perfect setting to do nothing.
Full covered lanai offers eating outside every night, even if the Tampa rains kick in. With a custom swimming pool, adjoining hot tub, and a kiddie pool, it suits all sizes, kids, toddlers, teenagers and adults. The bonfire pit area is perfect place to sit by the lake and enjoy those bonding moments. (Campfire guitar provided.)
Fishing poles, and gear also provided for those that want to enjoy the plentiful bass that abound in our lake.
Kayaks, stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, horseshoes, and more yard games are available.
Bike rack and bicycles included. The Upper Bay Tampa trail is only 5 minutes down the road and you can ride for miles on paved trails.
Our safe neighbor his filled with families, and we sit at the end of the cul-de-sac adjoining a nature preserve.
But while the peacefulness of our home is unmatched, we also love to have fun. The family room is equipped with surround sound, setup for digital movies, smart TV's with pre-set Streaming accounts!
