Like a breath of cool ocean air, Logan’s Lodge will refresh your senses and provide a fantastic setting for your time at the beach. Its setting above the Pacific puts you just three houses down from the entrance to Roads End State Park and easy access to sandy beach, tide pooling, wind-surfing and more. A huge deck spans the length of the home, with wide open views of the sand and surf below--and the whales, seals and seabirds cruising by. The main-floor great room, with gleaming hardwoods throughout, provides comfortable, contemporary sofas for enjoying the huge flat-screen TV/DVD player and the gas fireplace set in a wall of stone. A large dining table seats six, with a window seat for taking in the view. The updated kitchen has speckled granite counters, glass tile backsplash detail and stainless appliances, including a gas stove. A main-floor queen bedroom is roomy and accessible. The stairs to the upper floor feature a unique oculus window that will delight the kids--so will a bedroom with twin bunks and a second bedroom with four twin beds! There’s an additional queen bedroom, plus a queen suite and a queen bedroom with direct access to a shared bath--each with views of the ocean and their own flat-screen TVs. There’s a sweet, protected courtyard with chairs in front of the home, a gas barbecue for grilling, and a large tiled entryway and laundry room for your sandy forays to the beach. You’re a five-minute drive to the Chinook Winds Casino, golf, dining and shopping, and less than five minutes walking to the beach. Great location

Short walk to beach. Great hot tub and deck. Excellent kitchen. Kids loved ping pong table. Only down would be a couple mattresses and a few pillows were not great. Nothing was bad—we’d stay again!

What a View!

This house was perfect for our 7 adult 2 children stay. We were lucky enough to get a perfect weather weekend, especially for November. We really wanted to find a house from which you could see and hear the ocean because my elderly mother has been missing the beach house she and my dad once owned. This house was like 50 feet from the sand and it had spectacular views that could be enjoyed from the living and kitchen areas as well as two large upstairs bedrooms which contained an amazing window bank on the ocean facing side of each room. We couldn’t get over how perfect this house was for experiencing the ocean. Most of the complaints from prior guests on the condition of the property had been addressed. There were just a few little things the property manager should address but not worth mentioning in a review.
