Fully remodeled brand new appliances and linens, central A/C. 2 story condo with living room and bathroom in the first floor with a sofa bed, small balcony. Huge bedroom in the second floor, large walking closet, one queen bed plus 1 sofa bed (sleeps 2). Unit located on the second floor.Laundry facility on the same floor outside the unit. Parking for one car. Enjoy the proximity to a beautiful and lively community in the comfort of a pleasant and quiet location.
