Our cozy, 42 square meter 3 star (DTV) classified apartment for 2 people in the Dorf district is located on the upper floor of a residential complex that is surrounded by a spacious garden with a play and sunbathing area and has a balcony. It is very tastefully decorated and tailored to the needs of vacationers. The living / dining room with access to the balcony, has satellite TV, stereo and sofa set and a dining area. A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and all the necessary kitchen appliances.

Erholsame Tage trotz Schmuddelwetter

In dieser Ferienwohnung in recht zentraler Lage konnte man gut ausspannen. Es war alles da, was man brauchte und die Lage war sehr ruhig. Vielleiht sollte man die Einfahrt zum Objekt etwas deutlicher kennzeichnen. Im Dunkeln war sie schwer zu erkennen.

Zustand der Wohnung

Die Lage war sehr schön, die Sauberkeit war allerdings enttäuschend. Dreck im Flur, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer waren nicht gesogen, der Kühlschrank war komplett verdreckt. Das Waschbecken war auch nur leidlich gesäubert. Hinzu kam ein nicht funktionierender Heizkörper im Schlafzimmer und das bei 4 Grad Außentemperatur und kräftigem Wind.

kurze Auszeit im November

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Supermarkt, Geschäfte, Bäcker, Restaurants sind fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Alles war trotz meiner Reisezeit (12.11.-17.11.) geöffnet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und schnell. Das gleiche gilt für die Dame, von der man sich den Schlüssel zur Ferienwohnung anholen muss. Ein Tipp: Für Urlauber, die nicht gut laufen können oder möchten, ist die Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Dorf eher nichts, da man nicht eben mal schnell am Wasser ist. Für mich hat das aber gepasst, da ich viel laufen wollte. Bushaltestelle ist übrigens vor dem Haus. In der Wintersaison fährt allerdings nur alle 1-2 Stunden ein Bus. Ansonsten schließe ich mich einem vorherigen Gast an - ich finde Ostfriesland auch schöner. Dieses liegt aber nicht an der Ferienwohnung. Diese kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Top Lage

Preis-Leistung war ok, die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bad ist mal modernisiert worden. Es lagen leider Haare vom Vormieter auf dem Boden im Badezimmer und es gab exakt 5 Blatt Klopapier.Ja, Klopapier gehört nicht zur Ausstattung, eine Rolle wäre aber ein toller Service gewesen. Die Verantwortungen (Text an der Wand in der Küche) für das vorhanden sein von Verbrauchs-Materialien (Klopapier, Tabs, etc.) in die volle Verantwortung der Vormieter zu legen und wenn doch mal was fehlt, nicht einfach etwas nach zulegen ist nicht schön. Wir haben die Tage in St. Peter-Ording sehr genossen. Die kleine Wohnung war der perfekte Ausgangsort für verschiedene Aktivitäten. Fahrräder können offensichtlich nicht verschlossen abgestellt werden (Text an der Wand im Hausgang).

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen, wobei sich das Schlafzimmer in der 2. Etage befindet. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts für einen schönen Aufenthalt gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe.

Sehr schöne helle Unterkunft mit Südwest - Balkon, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet . Leider funktionierte das W- LAN die ganze Zeit nicht , nach einigem Austausch mit dem Vermieter stellte sich heraus , dass gerade ein Kabel defekt war und wohl ein Handwerker schon beauftragt . Auch selten Mobilfunkempfang in d WHG . Zum Schlüsselabholen und Wegbringen muß man ca 8km bis zum anderen Ortsende , ohne Auto etwas aufwändig .

Eine entzückende kleine Wohnung mit perfekter Ausstattung. Die Beschreibung der Räumlichkeiten ist korrekt und man kann sich auf Funktionalität verlassen. Von einem Arbeiter vor Ort habe ich erfahren, dass die Parkplatzsituation vor dem Haus deutlich verbessert werden soll. Für mich stellte die Platzanforderung aber kein Problem dar. Alles wie erwartet - so soll es sein ! Danke !

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden, auch die Betten waren gut nicht durchgelegen wie man es manchmal hat .Küche zweckmäßig reicht aus . Perfekt für Selbstverpfleger. Es war alles in Ordnung. Wir empfehlen es weiter.

Toll gelegen

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Lage ist super. Das einzige Manko für uns war der Parkplatz. Viele große Autos, deswegen hatten wir extreme Probleme aus unserem Parkplatz zu kommen. Dafür können aber die Vermieter nichts. Wir hatten insgesamt tolle Ferien in der Wohnung.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war gut zu finden und die Wohnung war auch sehr schön und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Lage war auch ideal und man konnte zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit ins Dorf gehen. Die Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber war auch optimal um dich ohne Probleme überall im Ort zu bewegen. Insgesamt sehr schöne Wohnung, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter und ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Gerne wieder.
