Clean rental but needs some updating especially the shower. Beach had a lot of seaweeds

Regarding the bach conditions, sargassum can occasionally affect the area as it does throughout much of the Caribbean. That said, Sugar Beach is one of the few beaches that is cleaned daily and we are sorry it was heavy during your stay. There are restaurants walking distance on either end of the beach. The beach itself was easy swimming and breathtaking views with snorkeling opportunities. Overall, a great place to stay.

This property was just as described. It was clean and very comfortable.The property felt safe. The host was wonderful with tips for us and answered our questions promptly. The pool was very nice. Lovely beach with good swimming right outside. The property was clean and thoughtfully furnished with everything we could ask for, including little things like a beach cooler and ice packs. The hosts responded quickly and helpfully and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The condo complex is close to town but quiet, and was a great base for exploring the whole east side of the island. The A/C was nice at night but totally unneeded during the day because of the great breeze through the unit. Would definitely stay again.

Location, Location, Location is the bromide and this condo location nailed it.Convenient, quiet, beachfront, lovely community center with an oversized pool, restaurant just a 3 minute beach walk…Condo was clean, well organized, nicely appointed, with a keyless entry.Communication before and during the trip was exceptional.We stayed two weeks and saw the island for its natural beauty and Caribbean culture.Highly recommend a car. Don’t be anxiety ridden with driving on left side of the road. You get acclimated very quickly.Highly recommend this property for that getaway vacation in the islands.

We really enjoyed the property. The view from the patio was absolutely stunning.

This place was worth every cent. Stunning views, great beach and pool, very clean and comfy and the best condo complex on all of sugar beach. Also very conveniently located to Christiansted at about 10 minutes away.
