This property is beautiful. We had a.bedroom for everyone in our group. This home actually worked out great since we were traveling with my 85 year old mom and she didn't have to climb stairs to the bedrooms, bathrooms,kitchen or main living room. The house is stocked with everything you need. We will stay here again.

Small lesson learned about the swamp cooler counting as air conditioning, but I don’t fault the host for that (it’s explained in the listing details, I just didn’t get that deep before booking). I wish VRBO would specify that as an option when describing a property. Other than that, it was pretty close to perfect for us. Wonderful location, clean, and spacious - would recommend.

Comfy and spacious

Our family stayed here for our son’s wedding. Perfect location and plenty of room for four couples. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and comfortable beds. We’d stay here again!

Beautiful home that is very clean and well appointed. Excellent location and is within walking distance to downtown for restaurants. Also a brand new shopping center just opened with a City Market for grocery shopping. Owners responded quickly to questions and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Small Family Reunion

Great house. Perfect location. Easy check in and out. The sound from the river and the privacy on the deck was just perfect. I speak for everyone that stayed there with me, it was lovely and will hopefully do it again in ‘25.

Wonderful stay

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The floor plan was perfect for our party of 8. The back deck and patio area are private and peaceful. House well accommodated- had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc. Will definitely return!

Lovely home

The property is in a great location, was convenient to all the activities and people we came to visit. The property was not quite ready for us when we arrived as housekeeping was delayed but the owners quickly remedied that problem and we enjoyed our stay in Carbondale very much!

What a warm and inviting home! We loved everything about this custom built property. It is incredibly well-equipped with anything you need in the charming (and quiet!) town of Carbondale. We stayed here with our grown children and it was perfect! We sat outside and enjoyed the sound of the Crystal river. We walked the trail with views of Mt. Sopris. The City Market and Main Street are walking distance and Aspen was a short commute away for skiing. We will rent this property again in a heartbeat! Thank you to Linda for being such a responsive host, too.
