An indoor fireplace adds a cozy focal point for quieter evenings.

Kitchen and Dining
The open kitchen centers around a large granite island that works equally well for meal prep, shared breakfasts, or casual conversations. The kitchen provides a dedicated space for guests to cook their own meals and connects easily to the dining area, keeping everyone part of the flow of the home.

Step out to a private screened-in lanai overlooking the golf course. The pool area is paired with a fire pit and tiki hut, creating a flexible outdoor space for daytime lounging or evening wind-downs. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
