Outdoor living
The screened-in lanai is designed for easy indoor-outdoor flow, featuring a pool, fire pit, and a tiki hut with a full outdoor grill station. Whether you are spending time poolside or enjoying the open-air patio that overlooks the golf course, the outdoor spaces provide a calm setting throughout the day. Pool heat is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day.

Living space and comfort
Inside, an open floor plan centers around a spacious living room with an HDTV for movie nights or downtime between outings. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace help you stay comfortable in every season. The home includes a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected. Please note that this a 2-story house & does not have premium cable.

Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen offers the essentials needed for preparing meals, along with major appliances, a granite island, and a dining table for gathering. Cooking basics are provided, allowing you to enjoy relaxed breakfasts or shared dinners without leaving the home.

Sleeping arrangements
This home sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and seven beds. The primary suite on the main floor features a king bed and a large en suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and private bath. The third bedroom offers two queen beds. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom includes two full-size beds with an en suite bath. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Bed linens, bathroom essentials, and ample storage help everyone settle in comfortably.

Convenient amenities
You will have WiFi, a washer and dryer, self check-in via keypad, and free driveway parking. Home safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. This dog-friendly property welcomes dogs with pre-approval and additional fees. There is no beach gear available at this property.

Location and setting
Set within the gated community of Sawgrass Country Club, the home places you close to coastal scenery, local dining, and the area's relaxed atmosphere. Guests have access to the community pool and the beach access point only, with no parking available at the beach access.
