Welcome to Pacific Waters!

Located only 2.5 hours North of Sydney and 30 mins from Newcastle Airport our 3-story oversized Beach house is located at the top of Nelson Bay, overlooking the majestic waters of Port Stephens and the Pacific Ocean.

All of the rooms and entertaining spaces are large, comfortable and offer incredible views of Port Stephens. All of the furniture etc inside and out are brand new.

The wonderful Beaches, Water sports, Dining and shopping at either Salamander Bay or Nelson Bay are all only 5 mins away.

Pacific Waters is located in a central spot. The wonderful Beaches, Water sports, Dining and shopping centres at either Salamander Bay or Nelson Bay are all only 5 mins away.

Recently renovated, our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house can sleep 10 guests, with an option of 12 guests.
NOTE: WE UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT ACCEPT SCHOOLIES WEEK BOOKINGS

All bedrooms come with cupboards, including coat hangers.

**Pacific Waters accommodates maximum 10 guests with an option of 12 guests. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room to accommodate additional 2 guests. Please book upon application.

When staying in Pacific Waters you have complete access to areas including our kitchen + dining room, the lounge room with 1 Samsung 55” TV, 2 comfy lounges, the living room with 3 chill out areas, laundry with washing machine, washing line (either outside or inside), the balcony with a 13 piece outdoor setting, BBQ, and of course the pool room with a pool table and dart board for the whole family to enjoy!

Are you travelling a far distance to Port Stephens? For your convenience we have additional extras on offer save you packing them in your luggage:

We have a double garage that you will have access too, as well as 3 other car spaces available in the drive way.

The set rate for the period 12 December 2020 to 30 January 2021 is a fixed $8,000 for a minimum of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday), regardless of guest numbers being between 4 and 12. Thus there is no additional $50 per person per night for more than 4 guests as charged for bookings during the rest of the year.
This is not possible to be shown on the HomeAway calendar, so is deliberately shown in this description to make sure that guests can clearly understand the rates.

Absolutely superb

The property is an absolute gem and a must stay! It is located in close proximity to a range of activities, whilst also having lots of activities to do at the property itself. My group of friends had a fabulous time and the host made the stay extremely easy and fun.

Best views in the Bay

You won’t find a place with a better view. The house is set up with everything you need. We particularly loved the basement pool room and the BBQ on the balcony. There’s plenty of space and doesn’t feel overcrowded with a large group of adults.

We had a fantastic stay and the house was very warm and spacious. The owner was super friendly and hospitable. Our group of friends all enjoyed the stay with the pool and darts room keeping us entertained due to the bad weather.

Nelson Bay family weekend

We had a lovely time staying at Len’s beautiful property. The place was spotless & the view was spectacular. We were a group of 11 & everyone - adults & kids loved the house. No one wanted to leave. Would highly recommend for family catch ups. Len was very accommodating. My only regret is not staying longer.

A huge thank you to Len a fantastic host who helped us make our stay very memorable. A great location for a large group or family.
