About this property

Villa Mavrici, 3 bedrooms house with private pool, neighbors free

Villa Mavrići is located in the old village of Mavrići, just 10 minutes driving from the city of Buzet.
The house was built back in 1896, and was recently restructured with love and time mostly by the owner and his family, in order to preserve all the antique details hidden inside. It is the only reconstructed house of the small village, that means that all the area is absolutely neighbors free.
The garden propriety is huge. It also has some seasonal fruit trees (apples, plums,figs etc). All the garden is available to the guests to use, and feel free to serve yourself with the seasonal fruits you'll find growing on it.
The surrounding area is full of untouched nature, and it's perfect for long panorama walks or bike rides considering there are many beautiful paths crossing the near forests.
Gastronomy is rich and well known in this part of Croatia, and the most famous products are surely vine, truffles, olive oil and wild asparagus (that are growing spontaneously in the forests nearby).
Buzet area is somehow situated in the center of Istria region, that allows to reach most of the istrian cities and beaches in about 30 minutes with car, so it's a perfect location to discover all the beauties of the region. Italy and Slovenia can also be reached in less then one hour.
Guests will not have to worry about the parking, there are plenty of free spots in the village and in front of the Villa. Free WI-FI will be at disposal of our guests. On the private terrace there is an external swimming pool.

Restful getaway in beautiful location

Our group of friends enjoyed a long weekend here. It is absolutely quiet at the house, with lots of room to enjoy the garden and pool. The idyllic location that you enjoy meals outside in a lovely setting. Inside the house, they have really thought of everything with the renovation. It’s simply beautiful and well-maintained. Although the house is private and secluded, access via a car to the town is easy.We absolutely hope to come back. The owner was remarkably easy to work with and responsive.

Fantastische ervarin in Istrië

Ons verblijf was van begin tot einde perfect. Romano is een geweldige gastheer die je vragen onmiddellijk beantwoordt en goede tips geeft om van je vakantie iets onvergetelijk te maken. De rust en het uitzicht gecombineerd met het comfort in een authentiek huis, zijn fantastisch.

Super schönes Objekt

Das Objekt besteht aus 2 separaten Häusern, die nebeneinander sind. Beide sind liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Der große Garten biete viel Platz zum spielen und sogar für einen kleinen Spaziergang. Der dazugehörige Pool erfrischt an heißen Tagen und hat auch genug Platz für diverse Spielereien. Wir suchten Ruhe und stille und fanden es. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

wunderschön, nur in dieser Jahreszeit schon ziemlich kühl

Wer Ruhe sucht und liebt, alte Möbel mag und gerne für sich allein ist, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt voll und ganz weiterempfehlen. Wenn man im Herbst fährt, sollte man nur bedenken, dass es hoch in den Bergen liegt und es dort in dieser Jahreszeit wesentlich kühler ist oder sein kann als unten an der Küste. Ansonsten aber wunderschön.

Mädelstrip zu fünft

Das Häuslein befindet sich sehr abgelegen auf einem Berg, was zu erst sehr gruselig war da wir nur als Mädelstruppe verreist sind. Vor Ort haben wir die Ruhe dann allerdings doch sehr geschätzt. Der Strand ist in 30 min zu erreichen.
