About this property

NEW Ocean Beach Condo 505 3BR w POOL

This is one of the ONLY 3-bedroom condos that are ACTUALLY located on the beach and available for short term rentals! Our newly renovated and refurbished 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom beach condo faces West and comes with beautiful city views of downtown Fort Lauderdale and the famous Intracoastal. Resort style living with large ocean side pool, Tiki bar (open till past midnight) and Italian restaurant. Water sport rentals and long list of resort amenities—supermarket, nail salon, bars and restaurants—are a short walk away, no car needed!

Kitchen comes fully stocked for the at home chef, and the dining table extends to seats 8. Huge floor to ceiling windows in the living room, master suite and guest room provide lots of natural light throughout the day, beautiful city views and truly stunning sets into the evening. The master suite features 2 queen size beds, 40" flat screen TV on a swivel mount. The en-suite bath is newly renovated with granite counter tops, his and her sinks and a walk in shower. The living room area offers two couches that can be pulled out to full size beds if needed. One couch sleeps 2, the other up to 4, but during the day or evening, provide plenty of seating for the whole group and entertainment from the 55" flat screen is sure to be a great spot to catch a game on TV or movies and TV shows on Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.

The Ocean Manor Resort Amenities are plentiful. Not only do they have an amazing and exotic tiki bar and restaurant right on the beach, but they also have an upscale Italian restaurant inside the building called Casa Calabria. Both spots offer great happy hour specials on drinks and appetizers! There is free yoga offered on the beach most mornings, and if you're a yogi, you must be sure to check this out, I have lots of local friends who enjoy going there!

They also offer additional services for a fee, such as shaded cabana rentals by the day, a beach valet who provides chairs and umbrellas. Beach cabanas are $100/day, where $50 is a credit towards food and beverage purchases throughout the day, and the chairs are $10/each per day, and umbrellas are $10/day. There is also a salon right on the premises who does manicures, pedicures, hair, etc. Be sure to check it out!

We had a great stay for our annual girls trip! This was our first time in Fort Lauderdale and it didn’t disappoint. The condo was clean and spacious. Our flight arrived 3 hours prior to check in, and the owner graciously let us in early. The pool and tiki bar were fabulous and convenient. Everyone was so nice and hospitable.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

Myself and guests had a wonderful time in Fort Lauderdale while staying at this property. It was everything you'd want for a quick beach getaway. Communication with the host was a breeze, the condo unit was clean, well appointed, and best of all, steps away from the beautiful beach. The tiki bar downstairs was lively in all the right ways. Overall a perfect stay.

Great beach getaway

We’ve stayed here before - there are not many places that offer a great pool and direct beach access with a full tiki bar right on the beach. The unit worked out great with space for 5 of us, and the property manager was super responsive and accessible. There’s a full kitchen and everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable, including beach chairs for us to use. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is much smaller than it appears in photos but it’s clean and the beds are comfy. I honestly think 6 would be a great number for the place. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling which was concerning and I’m sure because they have no fan. Several of the wall Luther’s did not work which was kind of a pain as there were 9 of us. There are also rugs in the living room and dining room that are taped down but the tape does not stay so they are constantly bunching up and we were tripping over them. Sally the contact was super sweet but not super great at replying to text messages in a timely manor. The fire alarm went off several times the first 2 were false alarms but the 3rd was an actual fire on the 9th floor at 2:45am. The pool chairs are all taken by 9am so go early. You can rent chairs for the beach but they also sell out early. We went to Waves and bought chairs for 40 each. Much better deal. Overall we had a great time but would not stay again

This is a perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing yet busy vacation! There is plenty to do between the jet skis, tiki bar, and the beach. The owner was extremely flexible and amazing to book with. We comfortably fit 12 people in the condo. Fully recommend this place for a get away, we had the best time!

The hosts are great and responsive. Condo wasn’t what we originally booked due to renovations or repairs but the replacement was still nice enough. We had 5 adults and 2 kids in our group and it felt spacious enough for that combo! Our stay happened during Hurricane Milton and it was still a great trip!
