Your Family Holiday Home
With that older style feel, this 3 bedroom home with sleepout is a great place for the larger families to holiday.
Timber flooring throughout with large kitchen has the old fashioned dining table in the middle of the room - perfect for family dinners. The lounge area runs off the kitchen and features ceiling fan. Main bathroom is original style with shower over bath and there is a second shower off the laundry area. Only one toilet.
Three bedrooms with a sleepout area at the back for the kids. Small courtyard with BBQ and outdoor seating.
Plenty of room for everyone, located in a quiet street yet a short walk to all the local shops, cafes and, of course, the beach and Brunswick River.
Linen included - fees apply
You will need to bring beach towels
No check-in on Sundays or Public Holidays
Bookings during School Holidays and Peak Periods are minimum 7 days
Bookings for Festivals are Wednesday to Wednesday
Limited Wifi - Internet is not reliable in our area, therefore cannot be guaranteed - no refunds will be paid if not available

the location of the property was very good - an easy walk to the beach. the location was excellent, the beach superb. However the house itself was filled with mould which significantly affected the health of 4 of our family members. it was thick on the window sills as you lifted the windows and you could smell it in almost every room. would not recommend this property to anyone who has asthma or respiratory issues. Would not stay there again. we are all still recovering

Good location to explore town and surrounds
Our family enjoyed our stay, the property is short walk to the town centre and a 20 minute walk to the beach. It is located in a quiet area.
It is an older style home and more subject to dust, but felt that it could do with a better clean due to its age. There were quite a few mould patches around the house and the main room did smell slightly mouldy. A few pots were quite dirty and I guess that is on the guest to clean, but should possibly be checked over by property manager.
Outside of that kitchen is well stocked, the linen and beds were comfortable and clean, the outside space was well maintained and overall we enjoyed our stay.
