This fabulous beachside condo, beautifully arranged along the Santa Rosa Sound! Plan a fun-filled family reunion or sunny escape with that special someone! The studio is located in Pirates' Bay, a private community along the Inter-Coastal Waterway with two pools.
Located in Pirates' Bay Condos, This cozy, third-floor studio offers everything you need including a full bath which was renovated in November 2018, queen bed, sofa, dining set and kitchenette that includes cooktop, fridge and sink. Cable TV and WiFi are complimentary during your stay, although you can always unwind on the balcony watching the boats go by!


Shared conveniences include laundry facilities and charcoal grills, and are provided to make you feel right at home! Catch some rays poolside or wade in the clear waters of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. Throw your fishing line in off the marina or bring your kayak for day-long adventures.

Great little condo

The property is well looked after. The condo was small but had everything you needed. The laundry machines on each floor were new and in great working order, and a great convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the little private beach, and the pool. The owners were super helpful. Everyone there was super nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, comfortable, nice view.

This studio was just what we needed. It was very quiet and the room was comfortable. We were only there in the evenings as we spent our time with family, but we so appreciated the beautiful view over the marina and sound from the balcony. We were treated with gorgeous sunrises and one awesome lightening storm! Thank you for being so accommodating.

Perfect for us and the dogs

Really nice room and more spacious than it appears in pictures. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Even though the resort was packed, we never heard anyone from in our room and the pool was always available without being too crowded. Half mile walk to a great dog park so we could exercise our pups before heading to the beach. Great location to Navarre and Destin. Great restaurants in Fort Walton. We will definitely go back!! Thank you!!

Wonderful couples get away spot

This was the perfect space for 2 people on a weekend getaway. Our ONLY little inconvenience is we never could figure out the WiFi..maybe if there was a step by step list on how to do that. The bed was so nice we took pics of the mattress tag to find one like it!! Gorgeous view.. just go! Lol

The view of the Bay was amazing!

Very clean, I love that there is no carpet. The unit is charming and so comfortable. I stayed there for a funeral and coming back to the unit felt like coming home. The balcony view of the bay truly cleansed my soul of the reason for my visit. The complex is very quiet and inviting, I really enjoyed my walks with my little chi, Koko, down by the water, both on the docks and the charming little cove. I would LOVE to stay here again. The owners were charming and sweet, available but not intrusive, a perfect combination. Also, the unit is on the 3rd floor so I felt really safe despite being alone. There is an elevator and 2 luggage carts that made getting my things to and from the unit possible in just one trip which was really a huge convenience. The owners seem to have thought of everything one might need for a comfortable stay because the unit is well stocked. You won't find a wine opener and wine glasses in a hotel room, but you will here!

We were excited to take this trip with our dogs for our Anniversary. Upon arrival, we discovered a thin layer of sand on the floor and the couch. No big deal as it is a pet friendly property near the beach. However when my wife took the comforter off the bed, there was sand in the bed giving the distinct impression that the sheets had not been washed since the last guests departure. It was late at night and not having anywhere else to go with our dogs while we tried to get in touch with the property owners, we drove back home. After messages back and forth with the owner our last message was never replied to. Make sure you do thorough research before booking.

Thank you for you review,. We know how expensive and important vacations are so we take pride in making sure all our guests have the best experience possible. To this end we ask all our guests to let us know on arrival if the property is not up to their satisfaction so we can have the opportunist to address it. If guests do not let us know there is an issue we cannot address it. Our phone numbers are on the welcome letter that we provide the day before arrival and here at the VRBO site so any guest should not have difficulty reaching us and as other reviews have pointed out, we are very responsive. It is unfortunate that you had already left before we had an opportunity to remedy the situation but rest assured regardless of the hour had we been called we would have remedied the situation. The guest was offered a free trip of equal length on another date of their choosing or a refund for the one night.

Efficient and Tidy with Great Location

Whether you want to enjoy all Fort Walton has to offer, or spend time enjoying Destin or Miramar, this rental is perfectly situated. It's the perfect size for two, and if you bring the kids, they're sure to love the pool. As for parents, they will love the pool too, as well as ample and comfortable seating poolside. Currently, the bayside dock is undergoing renovations, and that can only further enhance this property, which already has adequate dishes and towels for your stay. I also appreciated the owner's detailed instructions and super-smooth check-in process. If I'm ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again.

small but cute condo with a great view of the pool and marina. The condo location is 20 mins from Navarre. Olive Garden is located next door, making it easy for the nights you don't want to cook.

Great space for short trip

Space is great and easy to get in and out of. So close to the a great beach location and not far to Desitin. Great pool and water view. Owner vet easy to communicate with. Only 2 concerns with property which is not the owners problem was one cleaning lady on property had a pet with her off leash running around which made getting around difficult when trying to get luggage and all to our room and secondly for us not being smokers ther were a lot of smokers on property and for us we did not personally care for. This is by no means a reflection on the rental or the owner but is a consideration for us in renting staying here again. It kept us from enjoying more patio and pool time but did allow for more beach time and sightseeing. All in all the space is fantastic and was a wonderful getaway. Thank you so much.

Great place to stay while passing through.

This condo is small, but quite comfortable while we were in the area for 2 nights. The marina was not replaced yet after a hurricane & we missed the activity, but we still enjoyed the beautiful view from our 3rd floor deck. The owner was very helpful & easily available. Nice place for 1 or 2 guests while in Ft. Walton Beach.

This is a great place to stay!

This little place had everything we needed. We grilled downstairs, swam in the pool and looked out over the beautiful Bay. The place was very comfortable and relaxing. The drive to the beach access was only about 10 minutes and very easy to get to. We loved this apartment! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Extended my stay

I'm a healthcare traveler and this has been a beautiful location to visit temporarily. The unit is exactly as shown in the picture and pet friendly. Even though it's pet friendly I did not notice any pet odors or excess pet hair in the unit, which is great. The area is quiet and surrounding units have been quiet as well. Close to many attractions in town, Okaloosa Island, Navarre, and Destin.
