We rent just one sunny bedroom, located in the corner of the house with a lot of privacy. You will have access to your room from the driveway giving you complete privacy.
The room has a private full bathroom with brand new shower; we offer shampoo, body wash, hand soap, conditioner , hair dryer, cotton and Q-tips.
The room is 170 sq feet, the room has a big closet, a Keurig coffee maker plus the coffee pods (caffein, and tea), a small refrigerator and small microwave. No Kitchen privilege, or house sharing.

Quiet residential street, near major points of interest such as Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey, International Airport, Sonny studios, Bike path to Marina Del Rey 4 block down the street, Manhattan Beach, Venice Beach.

Parking is free and without restrictions in the street.

Flat smart TV with Netflix, HBOmax, Wifi.

Room is not set up for small children at this moment, but we will accommodate a child older than 5 years old, as long as there will be only 2 people in the room including the child.
Street and house hold is very quiet, beautiful backyard with patio furniture.

Great option for 1 or 2 in a PERFECT location for a touristy trip to LA

Never stayed in a VRBO attached to a host property and was a bit apprehensive but this was a great stay. Super comfy bed, plenty of room for 2. Perfect if you need a place to sleep between days of running around LA. Convenient to beaches, downrown, airport and Kia Forum & SoFi stadium. Recommend.

Great place, close to the beach

The room was very private and easy to get in and out of at anytime. Gloria was a great host and very quick to respond to messages. We had no issues when we were staying here, it is in a great location only a few minutes to the beach and close to the freeway. The shower head was a little low as described in the room details but it didn't bother me (I'm 5"3) I'm glad we stayed here I would definitely recommend it to another couple traveling to LA.

Gloria was great! Very accommodating. We were able to check into the room a few hours early due to a last minute change of schedule. She was so friendly and has the cutest little dog that we just loved:) The room is super clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. Neighborhood is cute and quiet. Just a few miles from Venice beach and Santa Monica beach. We will definitely book this room next time we are in the area if available

Quiet, private and cozy

Quiet neighborhood and great location close to freeway access. Super easy check-in and check-out, plenty of street parking, and room is clean and exactly as described. This one's moved to the top of my list for my SoCal family visits! Shower ceiling is low. I'm 5'8" and the shower head is at my chin and a little bit of the limbo was involved washing my hair, but not a problem overall.

recommended for short time lodging.

The unit is clean and is in a quiet neighborhood, but no access to shops or decent restaurants within 2 to 3 miles. Some improvements need to be done such as the shower (its good for short people only). TV channels are limited to only subscribed programs. No regular channels which could be watched without downloading. The owners are very nice and friendly.

Thank you for your feedback. The room would not be quiet if it was next to shopping centers, and there are plenty of decent restaurants within walking area. We have 5 stars reviews on Mexican restaurants, sushi and american cuisine. Regarding the shower, I do mention in my listing that it is a 6' hight ceiling. Perfect place to stay in LA

I love love loved staying here. Quaint room, perfect amount of space if you're especially if flying solo. Breakfast bar had a microwave, a fridge and a Keurig. Gloria was extremely warm and kind when I asked her for a couple extra coffees and a wine opener she was more than happy to accommodate. natural air cooled room has high windows totally felt private and at the same time easy to come and go. This little room beats any five-star hotel for me. last but not least, in the morning I was welcomed by the cutest two little dogs. Thank you again Gloria love your place. Jonathan

WAS A VERY SIMPLE ROOM NO DECORATIONS NO TUB THE PEOPLE WERE FREINDLY THE ROOM TEMP WAS HARD TO KEEP EVEN AND THE SMALL KITCHEN HAD VERY LITTLE TO OFFER VERY ACCESIBLE BIKE PATH BUY OR BRING YOUR OUW BIKE VERY EXPENSIVE TO RENT THERE WAS A GAS LEAK WHILE i WAS THERE BUT IT WAS FIXED. OVERALL A BLAND ROOM WITH TERRIBLE TV BUT IF OVERPRICED IN GENERAL

Dear Mirabella, I am troubled by your review and feel it's important to clarify some of the impressions you shared for future guests. Each of your concerns surprises me. The room and its decoration have proven quite pleasing to a multitude of previous visitors. It is exactly as portrayed in the pictures posted online. We do not claim to provide a kitchen; the small microwave and refrigerator are clearly described in our offering. The air conditioning/heating unit works well. You did not express any concerns about that equipment during your stay. The bathroom is also clearly described and depicted in the posted photos. The TV is connected to an Apple TV box, offering Netflix, Hulu, HBOGo, CNN, and more. The image is clear and sharp. We cherish our visitors' experience, and because you were here for medical reasons, I went out of my way to assist you. I drove you to a market where you could purchase organic food. I did your laundry for you. I had your room cleaned weekly at my expense. And I safely stored your luggage after you had checked out and departed for the hospital. These are not normally services expected of a host, even a "friendly" one. To assure your future satisfaction, I'd suggest you review the information provided more carefully before reserving.

Cozy, clean, and quaint

Overall, we had a very nice stay. We were in town for a conference and really were only in the room for a few hours total and of course to sleep, but despite not spending a lot of time in the room we still enjoyed our stay. It was very cozy and very clean, which we appreciated. Also enjoyed the neighborhood. It was close to the major freeways we needed which worked perfectly and not far at all from the beach so when we were done with our conference for the day we were able to only drive a few minutes to walk on the beach and have dinner nearby. The bed was very comfy, and overall the room stayed nice and cool for sleeping. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here and recommend it to friends and family (maybe 20 minutes from smack in the middle of downtown L.A.). Suited our needs perfectly! While there was definitely a lot of parking on the street, we were still able to find a place every time. Thank you Gloria! We enjoyed our stay!
