Cleanliness wasn’t up to par

Overall our stay was good. Upon arrival, it was obvious that the floors had not been moped. Human hair was scattered throughout. The appliances were old and in need of repair. We had to call out the maintenance crew due to a burst washer hose. They were timely but water leaked throughout and caused quite a mess. Water pressure was very low and for part of our trip, we lost water altogether. A plumber had to be called. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and general set up of the condo. Kitchen appliances need updating (stove). Be sure to really pack your paper goods! They don’t last long for a family of 4.

Filthy Property

This property is not only dated but filthy dirty. Used towels left from previous guests were hanging in the primary bath, trash in the secondary bedroom, and blood on a wall were just a few of the cleanliness issues we encountered. Extremely overpriced for the condition.
