Discover the many updates that have taken place in this beautiful Turnberry Village villa in Hilton Head Island! The open-concept living space is filled with natural light and features vaulted ceilings, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The kitchen was updated with custom cabinetry, Quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The living room furniture and flooring, as well as the window treatments, have all been updated. The living room also features a new 65-inch Samsung Crystal UHD TV for your entertainment.

This two-bedroom plus loft villa is perfect for families and golf/tennis groups alike.

The first-floor bedroom includes a queen bed, a large walk-in closet with built-in shelves, and access to the guest bathroom, which has a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom is located on the second floor and includes a king-size bed and access to the bathroom, which also features a tub and shower combination. The loft area has 2 twin beds. All rooms, including the loft, are equipped with smart TVs for added convenience and entertainment.

Each bedroom, including the loft, has updated bedding and modern furnishings to ensure a comfortable stay. Both main bedrooms have brand-new mattresses featuring bamboo cooling waterproof mattress covers, and new pillows with soft bamboo pillow covers, enhancing your sleep experience with comfort and breathability.

Out on your private deck, enjoy outdoor seating, dining, and a propane grill while overlooking the community pool. This location backs up to the pool area, providing easy access for the whole family. The beach can be reached via a short bike ride or by calling the free in-resort transportation Palmetto Dunes Buggy (seasonal).

The Complex Pool is open from April 1 - September 30.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 246 Turnberry Village is a pretty condo. However, housekeeping needs to improve by washing the bed linens. I was shocked and utterly disgusted when I realized my comforter had a blood stain. The stain was on the underside and at the bottom of the comforter therefore concealed. Couch was full of crumbs. We were not notified pool was closed. I chose the condo because it was ideally located close to pool.

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed everything except:Gray fungus in the clothes washer.Also, next door condo was getting work done (new floor?) which caused a lot of noise on mid-week afternoons. This is probably something that cannot be avoided --- the people have the right to work on their condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice and comfortable. Although we did not watch TV that much except at night, we could not get any local channels. Also, 1 of the garbage cans did not have a top and the smell from the trash in the can when we arrived was bad. The freezer stuck shut offer and was very difficult to open. in the downstairs bathroom, the small towel rack next to the sink and towel bar over the toilet were lose.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, the structure and layout of the villa are lovely. The kitchen updates are great. However, quite a few things took away from our ability to fully relax here. Both of the beds need replacing. They are completely blown out. After long active days, the sunken in beds left us feeling achey and tired. Additionally, there were several cleanliness issues as items were found from the previous renters (a toy, sock, and messy toothbrush dish). There was an active hornets nest in the trash area so the trash hadn't been picked up for weeks and we went back and forth with management to get it taken care of. There were 6 bikes left in the walkway that took several days to be picked up. Staying in Palmetto Dunes is always a wonderful time, but we won't be returning to this villa.

Two years ago, we started staying at Palmetto Dunes, specifically 246 Turnberry Village. My husband was recently diagnosed with stae4 Cancer. We wanted one last trip together to our favorite spot. We love the condo. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant trip.My husband cannot be out in the sun so pretty much we were planning on him resting on the deck and enjoying the condo. Non-stop construction was going on with the building of the new decks. How the condo is located we had contractors looking into every window, no use of the deck and could not have the windows or sliders open because of the pounding of nails and the saws going all day. They were set up outside our deck and on both sides of the condo. We ended up coming home early because the noise was too much for him.If the circumstances were different, we could have spent our days at the beach or the pool, however with Jamie not able to be in the sun due to his cancer we were looking forward to just enjoying the condo. I feel that we should have been advised prior of the work plan as we would not have chosen this location.If any refund could be given or discount on our October stay it would greatly be appreciated.Patti Artessa

Clean & Cozy

The property is clean, easily accessible and has been nicely appointed, especially for a rental property. There are some areas of minor wear and tear as expected with a rental property, some associated with renters others with the environment being near a beach. It provides quick access to the quiet Turnberry semi-shaded pool. Its more of a community pool and neighborhood experience vs. a resort / hotel like environment. Just be prepared to walk or ride a bike a little ways down Carnoustie to get around as the community is tucked back into the Fazio golf course. Its great for kids w/ the loft twin beds and a king size bedroom next to it. We were very pleased with the property and the management of it with quick easy rental process and great communication throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay in Palmetto Dunes!

Everything was perfect for our stay in Palmetto Dunes in this property. The home/condo is very well appointed and is conveniently located within a short walking distance to a very nice pool and also situated between two very nice golf courses. The beaches nearby and can be accessed via walking, driving, or taking the resort shuttle. We also loved the nearby bar and grills at the three golf courses; the general store for coffee, ice cream, and other essentials; and the wonderful Alexander’s restaurant. Everything else is just a short drive away across William Hilton Parkway at Shelter Cove. We could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better vacation week away!

Elizabeth’s first birthday, This was a wonderful place to stay to visit with my first grandchild Elizabeth Bradley! We will come again ! we wish it was a little closer to the beach but no worries we had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay immensely!
