If you are looking for a great condo at an affordable price, this is the condo for you! It is located across the street from the beach with easy beach access. Leave your car parked and walk to several area restaurants. This one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 4 people. It has a king bed and a sofa bed. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. No dishwasher
The building is a walk-up and has a washer and dryer on-site. Nice Gulf view from your balcony. Area entertainment, restaurants and shopping are within close proximity. This building does not have a swimming pool. Must be 25 years of age to rent. No Smoking, No pets.
