Great house!
Appreciated that the house had the amenities that we needed, especially soap in the showers (it's such a pain when vacation rentals don't include that!). We even were welcomed with coffee, sparkling water, popcorn, and hot cocoa! A couple minor things which would have made the stay even better: More towels since there were six adults, and upgraded doorknobs so that people could easily get in and out of rooms. Thank you!!!!

Stylish and comfortable
The owner is one of the most responsive hosts I've encountered. The house was clean, cute and comfortable. You can tell loving care went into the details. You can see the water from the top deck and the front yard is an oasis. There is a Whole Foods within walking distance. The house is a 25 to 30 min walk to the heart of Queen Anne, and for midwesterners, it is all hills. Which is just Seattle. The one complaint I have is that there is a very busy, noisy street below and behind the house and currently there are cranes and weekday work at a construction site right behind the house. And I always prefer a rental to have one nonstick frying pan. I would recommend the house , just know all the details when deciding.

Two story family home
The house was very clean and in a great location to see all the sites. The house was stocked with all the amenities. The house was not far from Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods and many restaurants. There is only street parking but we usually found a spot sometimes not close. Parking in Seattle is crazy. Emily was very quick in responding to all the questions I had about the house. We had a great time in Seattle and enjoyed staying here!

Very cozy family rental
Place was clean and extremely cozy! Very close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is cute and we had everything we needed during our stay. Also Emily was very helpful and responded instantly via text. We will definitely stay again when we come to Seattle!

Hi, I enjoy food, vintage finds, travel experiences and culture. I love Seattle for all it's hidden secrets and gems and I'm happy to share recommendations!

Why they chose this property

This little gem of a house is centrally located and nestled in the hill overlooking Elliott Bay and Magnolia. My family and I have cared for this home by adding in unique features and an artistic touch that we think evoke a calmness and beauty.

What makes this property unique

You'll love the large balcony on the top floor that overlooks Magnolia and has a water view of Elliott Bay - lounge on deck chairs with a cup of coffee! Secret storage compartments are fun however way you want to use them! Though space is cozy and quaint, the bedrooms are roomy and the large kitchen island packs a punch- perfect for entertaining! Past guests have compared our place to a cool coffee house- inviting and designed well.
