Water View & Beach Front villas at St. James Club Mamora Bay

These large 2 bed 2 bath villas are located in the village of St. James Club 5 star resort south of the island set in 100 acres.

Both villas are Timeshare. Villa 437 is sea view and available for Christmas week & New Year week only. Checkin/checkout day is Friday.
Villa 425 is beach front and is available for the last week of August only.

Both villas are close to 2 pools, Spa and Piccolo Mondoe Restaurant in the villages and just a stones throw to the beach. The other amenities and Hotel plus 3 further pools, tennis courts, well equipped gym, water sports, 3 further restaurants, tea garden, gift shop , Kidz Club, bar and night club, cinema etc are close by in the Resort.

The resort has 2 beaches, Mamora Bay with shallow waters sun loungers, water sports, volley ball, and games room. Beach bbq.
Coco Beach is on the Atlantic side with its trade winds and sun loungers and is close to Coco's restaurant and the Kid'z Club. N.B The Resort applies an additional Resort fee of approx US$24 per day & Guest fee US$5 per person per day at checkout. The “All inclusive package” is an optional extra and discounted for timeshare guests. This is bookable and paid for at the resort if required.

A wonderful break in the sun

We have just returned from a nine day break in Antigua. Anita's villa was absolutely perfect for our family of four, with plenty of space for everyone. Everything was provided, including toiletries, housekeeping and beach towels. The villa was spotless! Anita's communication was top notch and she kept us supplied with lots of useful information about the resort and the accommodation. Thank you!

The St. James Club at Mamora Bay is a great location for a family vacation. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of accommodation upon arrival.Several ceiling fans were consistently dirty and dusty, and the outdoor furniture and some fixtures were unsanitary and unusable due to bird nests and significant bird/animal droppings. To make matters worse, the host - who had initially been responsive and communicative - was completely unresponsive when we reached out to have these issues addressed. We submitted a service request on December 23rd and had still not received a response as of December 30th (see photos). As a result, we were left to deal with these unsanitary conditions ourselves.Aside from the issues with cleanliness, dust, bird droppings, and lack of communication, the villa itself was as pictured and accurately advertised.It should also be noted that there are additional resort fees and taxes that are not included in the VRBO booking rate.Finally, the all-inclusive option is a separate and additional cost. To be fair, the host was transparent about this in the listing. During our stay, the cost was approximately 89 per person per day for guests over age 12 (with a three-day minimum), and about half that amount for children under 12. While the activities, pools, beach access, chairs, and towel availability were excellent, the food was mediocre and the service was, unfortunately, very poor.We will not return.

I do apologise for the non- response which was out of my control. I had no idea that you had tried to contact me. Having just found your message only by clicking on the calendar reservation period, could I access your message and our previous correspondence as the inbox link was completely empty of all guests messages for some unknown reason! Neither did I receive any alert from VRBO that there was a message waiting! I will of course be contacting them to address these issues. I am so very sorry for the condition you found the outside space especially! Any complaints should have been directed to the resort or the timeshare vacation office below the rock pool as the villa is timeshare as mentioned in previous correspondence and not privately owned. The resort is responsible for any complaints, cleaning and maintenance issues of the Timeshare villas. I will be contacting the Timeshare Vacation office and reporting your review and attaching your photos, along with my dissatisfaction of presentation. Apologies again! Wishing you and your family a very Happy New Year.

Sea Breeze

We had a wonderful stay. The facilities are as depicted, but no photograph accurately describes the natural beauty of the geography, flora and fauna of the 'Land of Sun and Sea'. The sun combined with sea breezes and salt soaks were completely restorative. St. James staff extremely accommodating, no worries. We rented a car, went touring, golfing and jet skiing off property..Attended local concert at Road house in St Phillip- memorable. We chose to self cater; shopped vegetable and fish market in St. Johns overall -great family value.

Great place to stay!

We had a lovely time staying at this St James' Club Villa. It was well maintained and an easy walk down to the beach. Great beach for kids! Lovely stay, no issues at all!
