About this property

New villa with pool and large garden near the beach.

Location: beautiful new built villa near Lido di Camaiore. The sandy beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The well-kept beautiful garden is fenced. The special thing about the house is the swimming pool (3 x 2.50 x 0.70) with a small waterfall and Ydromassage. The garden and the small pool are for single use. The parking lot is within the enclosed property. The size of the garden offers many options for entertaining activities.
An outdoor shower is also available. Alarm system and air conditioning available. Barbecue allowed.
Equipment: the living area is approx. 90 m² on the ground floor. The rooms are very bright and very nicely decorated. The open beautiful new kitchen is well equipped, the living room has a sofa bed and a TV with satellite system. A beautiful bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed on request.

To be paid on site: Deposit not optional €200. Electricity, gas, water not optional €80 per week. Final cleaning optional €50. Bathroom linen optional €10 per person per change. Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed a wonderful week in a super clean house with big garden for our dog and a nice pool, which was perfect for our kids. Antonella was super nice and helpful. The location is perfect for familiy with kids and dog. Viareggio and the beaches in Lido di Camaiore are close by and reachable by car within 10min. We will come back!

erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

sehr freundlicher Check in man fühlt sich herzlich Willkommen von der Eigentümerin. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und der große Garten war für unseren Hund super. Der Pool war für uns ausreichend groß zum Abfrischen. Man hat in kurzer Distanz mit dem Auto alles was man braucht Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. zum Meer sind es 10 Min. Wir haben viele gute Tipps erhalten. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch Antonella Supermärkte, Restaurants

+ sehr sauber + Signora Antonella war sehr flexibel und bei Anfragen sofort da + Das grosse Grundstück ist super. Mit Hund perfekt, da alles eingezäunt ist Eher für die wärmere Jahreszeiten geeignet mit schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen + Nordisches Duvet, nicht mit Laken und Wolldecke, wie üblich in Italien - wenn man selber kochen möchte ist die Küche nicht gut bestückt - man muss jede Seife, Abwaschmittel, Abtrocktüchlein, etc selber mitnehmen, es ist fast nichts vorhanden - es hat keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten im Haus

Une location parfaite pour des vacances parfaites

La maison est encore mieux que sur l'annonce, nous étions avec un bébé et un chien tout etait adapté pour que nous passions de super vacances. Le terrain est très grand et bien entretenu (et bien clôturé), la piscine est top pour se refraichir. La maison est très ressente avec clim, beaucoup de rangements. Ce qui donne encore plus de charme à la maison est Antonella qui est très disponible, accueillante et pleines de petites attentions. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la toscane. Tout était parfait merci pour tout Antonella.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Garten

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist weitläufig, top gepflegt und komplett eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund einfach perfekt war. Der kleine Pool ist himmlisch zum Abkühlen und Entspannen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Ein Traum zum Entspannen, Erholen

Wir waren zu fünft in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Das Haus mit dem Grundstück ist ein Traum. Auch die anfängliche Sorge, der Pool könnte ein wenig klein sein, stellte sich als Irrtum heraus. Als Abkühlung und zum Spielen perfekt. Das Haus ist voll klimasitiert, rundum außenbeleuchtet. Man kann wunderbar bis spät abends draußen bleiben. Zum Meer sind es 8 min mit dem Auto, zum Einkaufen 5. Ziele wie Lucca und Pisa sind unter einer Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Fabelhaft ist dieses Haus auch, weil das komplette Grundstück von einer hohen Hecke umgeben ist. So kommt man heim, schließt das Tor und ist für sich. Gerade unsere Töchter haben das sehr genossen. Antonella ist eine Perle an Gastgeberin. Sie war permanent erreichbar und hat stets geholfen....oder Pasta mit selbstgemachter Bolognese vorbeigebracht. Ebenso ihr Söhne. Immer parat. Wurde der Pool Mal trübe....eine WhatsApp und schon kam Hilfe. Alles in allem ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder. Über die Straße hinter dem Haus lässt sich streiten. Wir hatten damit keine Probleme.

La maison est idéale pour 4 adultes avec possibilité d'un lit de camp d'appoint pour un adolescent. Le jardin est très grand et clos ce qui est idéal pour des personnes comme nous avec un animal de compagnie. La maison est propre et très opérationnel et la piscine est suffisante en complément de la mer. Toutes les commodités sont très proche et la maison est idéalement situé pour aller visiter Pise (30 Kms) ou les 5 Terres (45 minutes de voitures ).Bref, nous avons passé une trés bonne semaine.

Bellissimo! Gerne wieder

Die kleine Villa ist ein idealer Rückzugsort für Urlauber. Mit einem riesigen, sehr schön anglegten , gepflegten Garten kann mana die Seele baumeln lassen und sich erholen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, wir wurden überaus nett und herzlich von der Vermieterin Antonella empfangen. Es fehlte an nichts, wir wurden sogar mit einer selbstgemachten Zuccinitarte verwöhnt. Gerne gab Antonella Auskunft über Restaurants, Sightseeings u.a. . Camaiore ist ein idealer Ort um die westliche Toscana und das Meer kennenzulernen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
