The location is within walking distance of many things but yet two blocks from the main hustle and bustle of the city. Travel is easy with trolleys and ferries being so close. Carolyn's rental was perfect for my weekend trip to Newport! Location is 10/10 right on the harbor and next to the Newport Lobster Shack; walking distance from Thame's Street and Bowen's Warf. The entire facility was great, updated pool and fire pit area. Check-in/out, usability was very easy. I would definitely come back and stay again!

Carolyn was wonderful to work with prior to our stay. She accommodated us and was very attentive. Her waterfront condo was in a perfect location, walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and waterfront. Free ample parking was a plus. The unit was very clean as was the facility with the two pools and hot tub, plus multiple grills for outdoor cooking. I would highly recommend this Newport location.

Very nice property in a great location in Newport with a wonderful host. The room was in very good condition and working order. We were greeted by a special gift from the host for a special occasion we were celebrating. The room was quiet and felt very safe. The location was great with easy walkability to everything downtown Newport has to offer. Also, easy access to local shuttle services to major locations like the Mansions or The Cliff Walk. The view from the room was awesome and the property even allows you to access the rooftop viewing area to see wonderful sunsets over the harbor. We didn’t have time to visit the amenities of the resort like the pool or hot tub but the area seemed very clean and safe. The town has a ton of restaurants to enjoy and there is a great lobster shack right next to the property to get a real lobster roll. We had a great stay and would rent this place again.

The harbor view is beautiful.

The photos of the view don’t do it justice. Very clean comfortable room with the all the amenities you need for an extended weekend stay. Within walking distance of the bar or shops and restaurants.

What a wonderful view of the harbor. Very clean and comfortable. You can walk right from here to the restaurants. Very nice!!!

Idyllic weekend!

Extremely cozy with stunning harbor views (especially at sunset!) and walkable distance from town. We didn’t use the car the entire weekend!

Good location

We were satisfied with our stay. Very clean unit and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Just two suggestions - the Wyndham should replace the ceiling to floor window that is clouded over, as it blocks the view of the lovely harbor - and a fan would help get the cold air from the main room where the air conditioner is to the bedroom, which doesn't have it's own unit. We had to run the air conditioner much colder than usual so the bedroom would be cool. But neither of these things ruined our stay. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

We loved this apt. Check in process straightforward. Even if staying at Club Wyndham you need to check in at 5 Washington Street as that’s where check in takes place. You can pick up a parking permit there too and a trolley to take your luggage up to your apt. The apt had everything - small touches - fresh coffee, kitchen roll, tissues, make up removal pads, Salt & pepper - nice touches. Spotless, comfy bed. Tv in bedroom and lounge. Loved it.

Beyond my expectations!

You have to see it to believe it as the saying goes! As soon as you enter you are greeted with a king size bed that is so comfortable you don't want to get up in the morning. Beautiful barn doors open up into the living area that has a full size refrigerator along with microwave, 2 burner stove and coffee pot! Dining area for 4. Jacuzzi tub/shower along with fluffy towels. Plenty of room in the living area to relax and look out at the amazing view of the boats, sunrise, and sunsets. You cannot get a better view except by going upstairs to the rooftop deck where you have a panoramic view Within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, trollies, ferries , and waterfront activities. Quiet and peaceful. Tour the mansions and cliff walk is a must. We will definitely be back! Carolyn was super quick with responses and had great tips for places to eat and visit. Check in was a breeze. Spotless and well taken care of property. See you soon!

This unit was absolutely wonderful right in the heart of downtown Newport. More spacious than a standard hotel room in a very nice Wyndham property. Exceeded expectations!

Perfect Location

The location could not have been better. Quiet area right on the waterfront just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops and attractions. The Wyndham facility was upscale with a great pool area, happy hour, and great staff. The condo we rented was very clean and well equipped. We won’t even look anywhere else if we return to Newport.
