The location is within walking distance of many things but yet two blocks from the main hustle and bustle of the city. Travel is easy with trolleys and ferries being so close. You can take in the sights or relax in the outdoor pool, rooftop sun deck, game room or bbq area.

Carolyn's rental was perfect for my weekend trip to Newport! Location is 10/10 right on the harbor and next to the Newport Lobster Shack; walking distance from Thame's Street and Bowen's Warf. The entire facility was great, updated pool and fire pit area. Check-in/out, usability was very easy. I would definitely come back and stay again!

Carolyn was wonderful to work with prior to our stay. She accommodated us and was very attentive. Her waterfront condo was in a perfect location, walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and waterfront. Free ample parking was a plus. The unit was very clean as was the facility with the two pools and hot tub, plus multiple grills for outdoor cooking. I would highly recommend this Newport location.

The harbor view is beautiful.

The photos of the view don’t do it justice. Very clean comfortable room with the all the amenities you need for an extended weekend stay. Within walking distance of the bar or shops and restaurants.
