We had the most clean and well organized unit and building of any condo we had rented at the beach! The view was amazing and the property management staff were outstanding. We would stay here again and this is the first time I would ever say this.

This was the absolutely best condo complex we’ve ever stayed at. The pools, hot tubs and lazy River were excellent and never felt crowded. The property is maintained well, nothing looked old or in bad condition. Our unit was perfect for our group of 6 adults and an 11 year old.

Absolutely wonderful!

We booked this unit to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. This was our 4th stay at the Mar Vista over the last 13 years. The Mar Vista has consistently been well maintained with such a friendly staff. Also, there is no noise from other units, so that you know that it’s well built! They are spacious with amazing balconies! This unit did not disappoint! Beautifully furnished and very clean! Can’t wait to go back!
