Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace shared with its ensuite bathroom, where a deep soaking bathtub and glass-enclosed shower offer a soothing end to the day. The second bedroom includes a king-split bed, while the third offers a tri-bunk bed, and these rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom includes another king-split bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and hallway access.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.



Getting Around:

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll

• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants

• 2-minute drive to the Whistler day parking lots

• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
