Sleeping arrangements
This three-level home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, each designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Two primary suites include king beds, flat-screen TVs, and ensuites with deep soaking tubs, double vanities, and glass-enclosed showers. A third bedroom offers a king-split bed and full ensuite, while the fourth bedroom on the main level features a queen bed with its own ensuite. A guest powder room adds convenience, and a lower-level bathroom with steam room provides a soothing retreat after time on the slopes.

Perfectly situated for winter adventures, the home provides ski-out access a short walk away, suited for intermediate skiers, while beginners can reach the private Kadenwood gondola with a 3-minute walk. The gondola connects directly to Creekside Village, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and the Creekside Gondola for lift access. Ski-in access is available via Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails, depending on conditions, with ski-in/ski-out access offered seasonally.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
