The Space:

Snow rests quietly on the evergreens, and the air feels crisp as you step inside from a day on the mountain. Boots warm in the mudroom while the indoor fireplace flickers nearby, casting a soft glow across the living space. Evenings settle in gently here - unhurried, peaceful, and framed by forest views beyond the windows.



Sleeping arrangements

Set across three levels, the townhouse accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The upper-level primary bedroom features a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and double vanity. From here, you can step directly onto a private deck facing the trees. On the main level, a secondary bedroom offers a tri-bunk bed and its own ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub and overhead shower. Another bedroom includes a king bed with a dresser, closet, and TV with cable. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds and generous storage. An additional main-level bathroom provides a spacious glass-enclosed shower and single vanity. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and in-unit washer and dryer add everyday ease.



Living spaces

Large picture windows draw in the snowy landscape, creating a calm backdrop for gathering together. The indoor fireplace anchors the living area, inviting you to unwind after time outdoors. A dining table seats eight comfortably, connecting seamlessly with the kitchen for shared meals and conversation. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to balance remote work with mountain time.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a full range of appliances. Whether you are starting the day with coffee before heading out or settling in for a relaxed dinner, the layout encourages connection and comfort.

A private patio or balcony offers quiet forest-lined views. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill are available when weather permits. Within the complex, a shared hot tub provides a warm retreat after a cold mountain day.



Location & access

Set on Blackcomb Mountain, the townhouse offers ski access when conditions permit, with a short walk to Merlin’s Run and connections to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. The Upper Village is within walking distance, and Whistler Village is easily reached via the free shuttle. A private entrance and free parking garage on premises add convenience throughout your stay.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Painted Cliff complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 7-minute walk to Upper Village

• 2-minute walk to the Free Upper Village Shuttle #5 - exit the Painted Cliff complex, cross the road, and the shuttle stop is on your right-hand side, bringing you to both mountain bases and Whistler Village

The property and its location were great - short walk to the bus stop and Merlins run. Unfortunately for our group we happened to be there when the snow gods didn't deliver the goods. Still had a good time - always do.

Bunk beds were small for sons who were 6’ plus. Great proximity to hill, parking and hot tub. Bus transportation was easy to use. Only improvements would be a larger pot, upstairs bedroom bathroom door was squeaky and upstairs bathroom lighting was too dim. Coat hooks would be helpful. Awesome stay. We’d definitely return!

Amazing ski in ski out location. Could see hot tub from balcony but far enough away for privacy and noise. Underground parking confusing, need key, another car parked in my spot, mine got towed, but thankfully my tow cost was covered by Whistler Platinum. Bunk beds noisy and small distance lower to upper bunk beds. Upstairs bedroom bathroom door squeaky and lighting too dim. We loved out stay and would return!

Excellent place to stay for a large family/group. The place isn\'t huge but is laid out very well so you never feel like you are on top one another. The kitchen is probably one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever seen at a rental - in addition to most of the things you would expect, there was waffle maker, blender, kids plates and utensils, etc. The only downside was the hot water would sometimes run low so we had to stagger our baths/showers. There was 8 of us staying in this place and we all agreed we would definitely come back again.
