The main living room centers around a large sectional couch and a 55" 4K Smart TV with a Sonos Dolby soundbar, perfect for relaxed evenings after skiing or biking. The open-concept design flows naturally into a dining area that seats eight, complemented by a breakfast bar for three. Downstairs, a second living space offers a 65" 4K TV with Sonos surround sound, creating a separate retreat for games, movies, or quiet reading.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors that make mornings more inviting. Whether preparing a simple breakfast or a full family dinner, the space is thoughtfully arranged for convenience and conversation. Step out onto the balcony to grill on the BBQ while admiring the surrounding mountains, or enjoy outdoor dining on the patio when the weather allows.

Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the townhouse comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. On the upper floor, the primary bedroom features a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, gas fireplace, and access to a private deck, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and wardrobe storage. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves these two rooms. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed with a private ensuite and deep soaking bathtub, while the fifth bedroom offers another king-split bed and easy access to a separate bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
