Great roomy and comfortable 1850 square foot home located in one of the most desired locations in Wilmington! Set between Wrightsville and Carolina beaches in the Myrtle Grove/Monkey Junction area. Quite secluded area within 5 minutes of anything you need! Wal-mart, lowes, groceries, resturants, you name it! 15 min. to Wrightsville, 10 minutes to Carolina Beach. 20 minute to Riverwalk! Perfect! Everything you need close by!

Great Stay!!

Property is located in a great location (close to amenities and beach). Property owner is very responsive and helpful! Benny has definitely worked on updating the property. Some areas of the house are still dated but clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay at Myrtle Grove

The property is located in a calm area with easy access to Carolina Beach and Wilmington Downtown. Benny is a respectful, kind and responsive host. We had a good time and we would definitely consider renting Lazy Oaks in the future.

Comfort and convenience

This 3 BR home is in a convenient location for anything in the Wilmington and Carolina Beach area. We attended a concert at Greenfield Amphitheater, visited the NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher, and played on local beaches. The host Benny is very personable, professional, and responds quickly. He went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed. The home is updated and clean, beds comfortable. All of my party said they would stay here again.

Beach Vacation 2021

The stay was absolutely awesome!!! The property was spacious, clean, and close to everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only ding that I found was there was dog hair in our room and here and there on our bedding. Small issue we worked through. Nonetheless, a great property and accessible host when needed. Our family would stay here again and we highly recommend it!!!

Great house close to EVERYTHING

This was the perfect location to stay for the weekend, it was spacious and comfortable for all four of us. It was close to the beach and all restaurant and stores! We loved how many bathrooms and rooms there was!

Accurate, Friendly, Responsive

Mr. Brown's property was exactly as listed. It exceeded expectations in all areas. He was very responsive to questions i had for a guys trip down deep sea fishing in Carolina Beach. Quiet neighborhood, extremely clean house and plenty of parking to accommodate. I would rate entire stay 10 stars if possible. Highly recommend staying at this property!! Thanks again Mr. Brown!

Cute, quiet and comfortable house in a great location. Close to Carolina and Kure beaches. Very clean. Responsive, friendly and helpful owners. Will definitely be back.
