One Ski Hill Place (#8218) is a slope side resort operating year round at the base of Peak 8 just steps from Breck’s famous ski runs. The BreckConnect gondola whisks you into town or to the adjoining ski slopes. Peak 8 accesses Green, Blue and Black runs. This is a luxury property of Breckenridge and the experience all encompassing. My husband and I also own three other BreckCondoWithAView condos at The Village at Breckenridge (#3706) complex and Trails End complex (#408 & #406). We also rent the One Ski Hill Place #8218 2 bedroom/2bath condo across the wall making it ideal for larger families or friends traveling together.

One Ski Hill Place is a mere 5 minute drive from the Town of Breckenridge allowing for the the best of both a ski village and a ski town.

Our management company for key pick up/drop off is off site about 8 minutes from the condo on Main St. Breckenridge
There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance issues, locked out, etc) they will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 7 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $91 (this will be added after booking). If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $91. Please let us know ahead of time.
Seasonal Closures- Aquatics Center (annually for few days for maintenance)
We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle and the local grocery store to receive discounts and guests will receive information in the Booking Packet that is emailed.

Your owners are Jim, Tanya and our two sons. We started BreckCondoWithAView over 20 years ago. We've lived abroad in both New Zealand and Latvia and love to travel. Some of the best memories we've had are through these experiences which is why we love to come to Breckenridge. We love the outdoors as does our 6 year old who is probably the only one in his class that knows that the best gondolas and chairlifts are made in Switzerland! We are happy to share our knowledge of the town and answer any questions you may have to make your stay with us the best it can be.

We would find ourselves coming back to Colorado year after year and Breckenridge always seemed to top our list. It has a little bit of everything one looks for in a mountain destination. Historical charm, great mountains and views, amazing restaurants and shopping, tons of activities for not only adults but kids too. Not to mention easier accessibility from both Denver and Colorado Springs, with less major passes to overcome than with Vail. It was the logical choice for us to choose a place where we could create family memories during the four beautiful seasons Breckenridge has to offer and we are delighted to be able to share our mountain hideaways with you too.
