It was perfect for our needs. The owners were very friendly and helpful as we had a sick dog (they recommended a vet who was excellent). There are 2 donkeys, a minature horse, free range chickens and as expected several beautiful horses. This property is geared more for adults and older children, ie over 16. We ended up extending our stay due to a family problem and do not regret it.
We had a wonderful time and recommend it highly for anyone
looking for a place to relax and unwind.

About the host
Hosted by Trish
I have owned horses as a hobby and business for over 50 years both here in Ontario and in Ocala, Florida. I love the farm life and enjoy all the animals. My husband and I love to meet new people and we hope they will become friends.
We partner with the horses to help people with emotional issues and personal development.
We no longer have dogs of our own but have owned dogs our entire lives. At one time we even had nine at once!!! We love to share our farm with those we host and enjoy watching dogs run freely in our yard. There is lots of walking areas nearby as well.
Why they chose this property
This property has a beautiful view of the Niagra Escarpment and the Blue Mountains. It is a very peaceful place with mostly retired horses and lots of chickens. We are on 21 acres of pastures and forest. The B & B suite is very bright with a view over the back pastures. The sunsets are stunning and you might see all kinds of different birds, bunnies and the occasional fox. This is a rural area and surrounded by other farms yet we're close to town and all the conveniences.
