Warm wooden house with a garden setting

Nestled in a quiet street with a private native garden setting. The house is wood crafted, modern, comfortable, warm and spacious. With the main bedroom downstairs with an ensuite bathroom complete with bath and shower. Upstairs there is the second bedroom with great mountain views over the cabbage trees. The house is close to the Mata-au/Clutha River and in the centre of the many great mountain bike trails of Wanaka. Matai Retreat sits with a backdrop of Mt Iron only 10mins drive to the centre of Wanaka. Or better still bike there on the offroad trails that start less than 5mins bike ride from the house.
The property comes with a trampoline and a park across the road and a public tennis court a few roads away making it ideal for a families.
