Great place for ski trup in Maria Alm area

The communication with Natascha went smooth, the chalet is what it is like on the pictures, it has all amenities you expect, e.g. kitchen fully equipped. It's close to the slope, highly recommendable!

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Häuschen hatte alles was es braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Es ist sehr gemütlich und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Auch die Sauna wurde jeden Tag genutzt. Also alles perfekt.

Es war O.K

Die Landschaft und der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Da gibt’s nicht auszusetzen. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist ganz ok. Die Sauna ist klasse.Es gab keine Liegen auf der Terrasse, was nach dem Saunieren echt toll wäre. Dafür gibt es drei Holzbänke die Spliter von sich geben. Die Kinder haben sich mehrfach verletzt. Leider in allen Decken und Sofa Hundehaare zu finden.Leider ist die Deckenhöhe von allen drei Schlafzimmern ( oben)niedrig . Als Erwachsener und auch als Kind ab 1,40m Größe sind Beulen vorprogrammiert.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit guter Sicht auf die Berge (solange die Tannen ums Haus noch nicht zu hoch sind), die Terrasse ist prima. Die Ausstattung ist gut und völlig ausreichend. Leider fehlt ein Wäschetrockner. Nachteilhaft ist die stellenweise niedrige Deckenhöhe im Obergeschoß (einmal täglich haut man sich den Schädel) sowie die steile Treppe mit ebenfalls niedriger Deckenhöhe, die ins Untergeschoß zum zweiten WC/Badezimmer führt. Hier sollte man den Gästen zumindest einen Handlauf spendieren. Für körperlich eingeschränkte Gäste ist das Haus, aus meiner Sicht, nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Zeer compleet chalet op een prachtige lokatie

We hebben een week met 2 gezinnen in dit chalet verbleven. Wat een prachtig gemoderniseerd huis! De bedden liggen heel fijn en echt alles is aanwezig. Na een dag op de pistes, is het hier heel fijn ontspannen. Het uitzicht is schitterend, helemaal nadat het gesneeuwd had. Toen konden we zelfs vanaf het huisje skiën. Communicatie met de eigenaar verloopt heel soepel en vriendelijk.

Saubere Unterkunft mit genialer Sauna. Kontaktlose Übergabe vom Haustürschlüssel hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Hütte war mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Leben braucht. Moderne Küche + Bäder, genug Platz für 8 Personen und top Lage zur Skipiste.

Sehr gemütliche Skihütte mit Sauna, top Lage an der Skipiste oder zum Wandern, mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet, toller Blick im die Berge. Obergeschoss sehr niedrig und eher nur für Kinder / Jugendliche geeignet. Hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort.

Schöne Hütte mit bester Lage

Schöne Hütte mit bester Lage zum Wandern und jeglichen Aktivitäten. Wir haben die Zeit als Familie in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz für 6 Erwachsene und kleinen Kindern, sowie Hunden. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet einen perfekten Ausblick. Das Panorama ist einzigartig, ob drinnen oder draussen, bietet die Hütte genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Lage bietet einen guten Startpunkt für viele Aktivitäten, von Wandern bis Mountainbike fahren und guten Restaurants - alles ist problemlos in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Das Haus im Bachwinkel 60 lässt keine Wünsche offen. Traumhafte Lage und eine sehr saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl wie Zuhause. Die Ausstattung ist großartig. Besonders positiv ist der neue Saunabereich. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen. 👌👌👌👌👌

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist mehr als gut ausgestattet und neu renoviert. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Unsere Woche war wunderbar. Die obere Schlafetage hat eine sehr niedrige Decke. Für Kinder kein Problem, Erwachsene müssen den Kopf einziehen. Man muss es mögen, niemanden persönlich vor Ort anzutreffen. Check in und out läuft kontaktlos mit guter Erklärung. Auf Fragen wurde dann schriftlich schnell reagiert. Uns wurde 1,5 Wochen nach dem Aufenthalt ein Schaden gemeldet, den wir selber vor Ort nicht bemerkt haben. Da ist mir eine persönliche Abnahme einfach lieber, dann hat man direkt vor Ort schon eine Meinung. Nachträglich ist es dann etwas unglücklich. Aber ansonsten wirkliche sehr zu empfehlen.

Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mitten in den Bergen. Man muss aber die anonyme Kommunikation (obwohl immer schnell geantwortet wurde) über Fewo mögen und auch den Check-in ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Wertvoll wären in der Beschreibung noch die Hinweise, dass die Piste für Anhänger schwierig zum Einstieg ist und dass die oberen Schlafräume eine niedrige Deckenhöhe haben. Insgesamt hat das Haus sehr viel Charme und das Skigebiet ist toll.

5 stars, beautiful scenery, beautiful but slightly quirky house

First off, when getting directions to this home, be certain the hostess knows from which direction you will be coming. Our directions were backwards, which caused a bit of confusion after translating them in to English. The home is beautiful and the scenery surrounding cannot be beaten. The home has everything you could need except for a microwave, but you don't really need that it's just convenient. There are a couple of cons to be noted, but they do not cause me to rate it below 5 stars. The upstairs is in no way meant for anyone with any height to them. I stand 5'9" and the upstairs was a bit uncomfortable as I was constantly ducking my head or hitting it on cross beams in the middle of the night. The stairs leading up are equally small with a low ceiling at first. Know that the second bathroom is in the basement so not really convenient to those sleeping upstairs. Also know that if you fumble around for the light switches you may end up with a splinter or two. Even though I have listed these cons to this home, it is absolutely gorgeous. It is peaceful and yet it is close to groceries and other things you would want. There is one bedroom on the main floor, so if you are a family with children, the short upstairs won't be an issue. The hosts are very easy to get in touch with and very eager to help if needed. It is 5 stars all the way.
