Easy Walk to Pool, Family Kids Friendly by Disney

You will be minutes away from all the magic of Disney when you book our vacation rental condo! The 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit with 1,350 square feet of living space plus access to the community pool, playground and tennis court makes it a true royal experience. This second-story unit is located near all the best of Kissimmee from Walt Disney World parks to SeaWorld Orlando. If you are a shopper, many shopping malls and outlets within driving distance.

FREE Ultra WiFi up to 500 Mbps throughout the condo

Full kitchen with brand new appliances and all cooking equipment needed for a great meal and more. Kitchen and bathrooms all have granite countertops throughout and fully remodeled. We also have all the baby needs like high chair, stroller, pack-n-play and kids dinnerware so that you can pack lightly.

All the cooking essentials (oil, vinegar , salt, pepper, sugar, spices), and coffee/decaf. Coffee is only available for the 1st morning.

Brand new Washer/Dryer in unit

Large size family area and dining table that accommodates up to 8 if needed. Also 55" Smart TV With Free Cable & access to all apps of your choosing.

The counter top has 3 bar stools for the breakfast bar/happy hour.

Great romantic/relaxation Deck off Master Bedroom

All bedrooms have brand new pillows, pillow top mattresses and darkened curtains to have an amazing night sleep.

Every bedroom is equipped with its own HD smart & Cable TV

Assigned PARKING & for Visitors

Gym, Sauna, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Kids playground, Sandbox, Tennis Court, Volleyball Court, Grilling Area, Pool Table and many more 5 minutes walk in complex. There is also a Pool Table and vending machine for your convenience.

We are Premier Hosts with a place in Kissimmee 15 mins from Disney ready for your booking that you will absolutely enjoy with your family and friends. We have used our experience to make our place a Royal Experience you will not forget!

Besides that we enjoy hosting in our home 20 mins from O’Hare (Chicago). Our home is over 2500 square feet (with a nice hot tub) therefore we have plenty of space to share with others. Come take a look and let’s become friends that will last a lifetime. FYI we are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

We are a very happy couple since 2011 that love to travel and are extremely clean/organized. Love to go to places that are well taken care off, fully equipped kitchens with a nice A/C since we love cooking and have our cocktails/wine during dinner time. Everywhere we go we make sure we leave the place spotless and in excellent conditions. Hope your place will the next place we get to enjoy.
