3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 guest WC.
The 'Solimar' house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in the immediate vicinity of a beach. It has been comfortably and tastefully furnished. From the living room, come through the glass doors to the terrace with adjoining garden (lawns), from which you can see the sea. In addition, you have access to the garden from one of the bedrooms and the kitchen.
These accommodations stand out for their extreme proximity to the beach, and the peace and remoteness that you can enjoy in the well-tended garden. There is also the newly-mounted carport, which offers space for your car.

Entspannte Tage am Meer

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen. Von der Terrasse kann man das Meer sehen und der Garten ist gepflegt. Die Ruhe wurde nur von Bauarbeiten in der Nähe gestört. Aber da kann man nix machen. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr steil. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber alle Geräte haben funktioniert. Die Elektrik ist sehr chaotisch, viele Kabel sind nur einfach isoliert und zum Teil unsachgemäß geflickt, was sicher auch in Spanien nicht zulässig ist. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Für 10 Tage gab es nur zwei Handtücher, die wir auf Nachfrage selber waschen sollten. Das hatten wir noch nicht erlebt. Trotz der genannten Mängel hat es uns dort gut gefallen!

Rustikales Häuschen in hervorragender Lage

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist sauber und funktioniert. Wer den rustikalen Charme, den wunderbar angelegten Garten und die hervorragende Lage am Meer mit herrlichem Blick mehr zu schätzen weiß als eine schicke Ausstattung, findet hier ein ideales Ferienziel.

Belle semaine à Tossa

Très bel emplacement calme et au pied de la crique. Maison agréable avec bel ombrage en terrasse. Nous avons toutefois souffert de la chaleur la nuit mais l’ensemble reste très satisfaisant.

Licht und Schatten

Pro: sehr nette Vermieter (Wohnen auf dem Grundstück aber aureichend Privatsphäre), tolle Terasse mit sehr gutem Blick in der Nähe eines sehr schönen Strandes. Geschlossene Wohnsiedlung daher gering frequentierter Strand in guter Lage mit schönem Stradresto. Contra: Objekt selber stammt (vermutlich) aus den 70ern und wurde seither im wesentlichen nicht erneuert. Dunkle höhlenartige Zimmer, uralte Kücheneinrichtung und Möbel, fadenscheinige Handtücher- die Ausstattung des Objektes ist dem Preis in keiner Weise angemessen.

Schönes Appartement mit schöner Terasse und kleinem Garten.

Über eine Treppe vom Garten aus konnte man den Strand in ca.200 m erreichen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit frischen Brötchen ist in ca. 18 Minuten fussläufig bergauf entfernt. Neben dem gepflegten Strand konnte man weitere Buchten erreichen. Uns hat das Appartment und die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen, denken aber, dass es für Urlauber, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind anstrengend sein wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
