This open concept, spacious top floor unit has been renovated with a bedroom on each side of the living space and fully stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms have queen beds and full bath ensuites. Relax on the private deck and enjoy the views while barbecuing. Hardwood flooring throughout the living room, laundry, Wi-Fi, 2 cable TVs with Blu-ray, videos and games in this beautiful third floor unit. Central Air Conditioning throughout the complex. Spectacular views from the heated outdoor pool and hot tub with a huge deck overlooking Lake Windermere.
Situated high on a hill, perched above the Kinsman Beach, is beautiful Heron Point, overlooking Lake Windermere and the Rocky Mountains with panoramic views from every direction. An easy walk to town, just one block away from main street, you'll find restaurants, cafe's, local pubs, the bakery, and fantastic local shopping. The Kinsman Beach Park features a kids play and splash park, beach volley ball, ice cream shop and plenty of beautiful beach space and picnic areas with bike paths, tennis courts, and watersports rentals at Marina. The Windermere Valley is a golfing mecca, comprising of Par 3 courses to several championship 18 hole golf courses such as Grey Wolf at Panorama; Eagle Ranch; Radium Springs; Copper Point and Fairmont's Mountain and Riverside. South on Hwy 95, you'll find plenty of more championship golf in Kimberley and Cranbrook. On Hwy 95N you'll find the Town of Golden which offers several more amenities.
Just minutes away, take a soak or refreshing swim in the hot or cool pools at Radium and Fairmont Hot Springs. Alpine world class skiing and snowboarding at Panorama Mountain Village or Fairmont is just a 20 minute drive or take a 1 hour drive to Kimberley or Kicking Horse Ski Resorts. Great Condo

This condo was in a great location to the town centre and great access to Panorama. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms with their own washrooms worked great for our group. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location

The unit was excellent - it was clean and had everything that we needed/wanted (kitchen items/linens/movies etc.) The building is the perfect size and the kids enjoyed the pool on a daily basis. The location is perfect for a short walk to the bakery up the street, down to the pond to watch the turtles, or down to Kinsmen beach.

Excellent Accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is well stocked, all you need to pack is your personal belongings. The unit was clean, the property was well managed, the pool & hot tub was great for the kids and walking distance to the beach is a huge feature as well. Thank you for the hospitality, we'll be back!

Quiet getaway in Invermere

We enjoyed our stay at Heron Point. It is well maintained and peaceful. A nice place with very nice outdoor pool and hot tub. The beds need to be replaced and the cleaning was only fair. The unit was well equipped and had most everything we needed.

Heron Point Family Vacation

This is our second year staying in this lovely property. It has become a yearly vacation for us and we enjoy our stay every year. The condo was very clean when we arrived and is very well stocked with everything you need away from home. The property is a short walk into town for our daily trip to the bakery. The kids love the outdoor pool and it makes for easy afternoon entertainment. Communication was very easy and any questions we had were quickly answered. We look forward to coming back every year.!

Perfect Location Very Comfortable

Perfect location to explore the valley, inbetween Fairmont and Radium, walking distance to ski/skate on Lake Windemere, very close to downtown and restaurants, coffee shops. The unit is fully stocked and everything worked perfectly. Great internet connection, comfy couch, great vibes with the high ceilings, view of the mountains. I had the best holiday. Thank you.

Great family stay!

This is our second year staying at Heron Point but our first time in this unit. This unit was by far our favourite! It has a well stocked kitchen with all the tools and equipment you would need to comfortably cook meals. The condo was very clean and comfortable to stay in. My kids love the pool and even on cool days it’s still great as the pool is heated. Location is great and very close to downtown Invermere and just down the hill is the beach and playground. Our host Pat was very easy to communicate with and provided us very detailed info about the condo and check in was very easy. We will definitely be back!

Great Invermere condo

We rented the Invermere condo at the last moment before our trip. Both the manager and the owner were very efficient and helpful through the process and continued to be friendly and helpful during our stay. The condo is on the third floor in a very well managed and clean complex with swimming pool, hot pool and gym. The location is an easy walking distance to the Lake Windermere beach and close to all town amenities: stores, bakery, excellent grocery, organic food store, bookstore...The condo was clean, light , well supplied, very functional. The kitchen-living-dining area is centrally positioned with two bedrooms-bathrooms on each side which contributed to the easy movement. Plenty of towels, cleaning products, dishes, pots and pans in a really good condition were supplied. We enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to visit again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Invermere

Great location in the heart of Invermere. Walking distance to Kinsmen Beach and downtown. Nice setup with bedrooms on opposite side of main living space allows separation of kids and adults. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Owner was very responsive in dealing with cable issue and resolved quickly. Highly recommend for those with young families
