We had a great stay! Communication with Manager was excellent. Property exactly as described. Would highly recommend for both individuals and for families.
Great stay off Main Street, for deer valley skiing for four and relaxing in park city after the slopes. Walking to everything was the highlight and the window/ patio views of fresh snow covered trees.
Check in was super easy. The place is a block from Main, easy end of day ski access from Quit'in Time and close enough to the town lift that you can walk to/from Diane was a great host. Super friendly, accommodating and responsive.
This location was very convenient for a weekend ski trip. Everything was very close and within walking distance. The place it’s self was very clean and accommodating along with nice amenities. We will be back again!
property is located on the north end of main street - close to the action but not noisy. The unit is nice - upgraded bathrooms, comfortable sofa, good sheets/blankets.

The location was perfect for access to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants! Beautiful views of the mountains and the houses. Included in the stay were all the essentials- coffee, shampoos/soaps, etc.The host was kind enough to supply us with a decorated Christmas tree! She was absolutely amazing to work with!
Great location for access to city transport to the ski areas and Park City restaurants! Spacious, quiet, and well equipped kitchen. Uber served to and from airport. Very convenient.

We enjoyed a stay at this property for a recent visit to Park City. It is walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars on Main Street. There is easy access to Park City Mountain for skiing via the free bus with a stop nearby. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious adequately furnished. The property's hot tub is great too. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in Park City and this condo made our week. It is on Main Street and we could walk to everything we needed. Diane, the property manager, was super nice and accommodating. Her place is very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. The hot tub in the building is perfect for after skiing. We had a blast on our vacation and this place was a perfect fit for our family.

Thank you so much for your review John. It's so nice to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay in Park City. It would be my pleasure to have you stay again.
The location could not have been more perfect. Right on Main Street we walked to Ski Rental, walked to the Town Lift. Walked to bars and restaurants and coffee shops. The condo is simple and comfy and clean. Public hot tub was big enough to be in with others in the complex and not be weird. Will definitely be back!

Great condo sleeps comfortably in winter with each room keeping its own temp. Right at the top of Main so everything is down hill when your day starts. By good food, theater, ski lift, and shopping. Wonderful communication w/ homeowners who had plenty of recs and advice for my first trip to Park City
We had a great stay here. Property was as advertised and the host was very easy to deal with. We had a couple small requests / questions and she responded back by text within minutes. There was one thing we thought was missing but it was actually hiding in plain sight, but the host dropped off another while we were away for the day. She was also kind enough to allow us to check out late as we had a late flight and that made life a lot easier for us as we could ski all day and come back and get changed without having to worry about where to leave our bags. Beds were comfortable and the unit was spacious. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your review. Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. I just finished a small renovation and hope you will consider staying here again when you visit.
Great place, great location. Some minor issues below - but overall great experience.
Great place! This is rented by owner, so the main complex management won't help much. There wasn't any TP when we got there (it was the beginning of the TP rush from the COVID-19 issue). Stores were out too. We got parking passes but had to really work the lady at the main office. May help to have prop owner discuss w/ main management prior to ensure they give you passes. But all went well and we enjoyed place. Beds were good, and place was clean. Pretty cool place overall.

Sorry for the TP shortage of 2020. I have spoken to the HOA regarding the front office and their lack of assistance. This should not have been a problem for them to assist with parking passes etc since I pay into the HOA. I want to
thank you for your review. I just completed a small renovation and hope you will consider a stay with us again in the future.
Just had a great stay for 3 days of skiing. Condo is steps from the top of Main Street with very convenient parking and entrance from Park Avenue. Unit is part of larger Treasure Mountain Inn Hotel but in a separate building with pedestrian access via the courtyard from second level of the main building on Main St, use Park avenue if you have a car or being dropped off via taxi or car service.
Unit is in great condition with recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable seating in the LR with TV and great light for reading. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of dresser and closet space in the bedrooms. Quality toiletries in the bathrooms and plenty of towels. If you have a car, easy entrance off Park Avenue. All the shopping and restaurants are just steps away on Main St. Grocery and other shops short drive down Park Avenue. Great mexican restaurant, nail salon and massage spa in main building also. Not all hotel provided services available to condo renters but front desk is friendly so if you ask they might be able to accomodate (ski storage off lobby, shuttle to Park City base, access to garage off Main St.). Will be my go to condo for future visits to Park City.

perfect condo for three
We enjoyed the space and location of this condo. I was unable to ski due to foot injury so I planned to hang out, shop and cook for our three days. Sadly, there are three TVs in the condo, but we failed to get any of them to work, so I was disappointed to not have that entertainment. The day we were leaving, I took the two skiers to the slopes, then returned to finish packing. The cleaner was already in the unit cleaning...it was 9:30am...check out at 10. Nice guy, but he was already in the middle of cleaning, so I pretty much had to sit in the entry way for half an hour. That was surprising.

Great location and comfortable condo
We had a great stay at Park City and our accomidations added to our experience. Condo is roomy for 4 adults, might be tight with 8. The kitchen was easy to cook in with ample dishes and cookware. Very quiet location yet super close Main street. The owner, Diane was responsive to questions. There was an issue with the hot water in one bathroom, and she was quick responde.

About the host
Hosted by Diane Kushner
My family fell in love with Park City in the 90s. The "little condo" as we affectionately call it, was the first property we purchased so that we could have our own special get away to enjoy and share with our family and friends. Eventually, in the early 2000s we made Park City our home and raised our family here. I hope you enjoy this space as much as we have and visit our wonderful little town often.
Why they chose this property
Historic Old Town is just a special.place. The location can't be beat. Walking distance or a trolley ride to the Town Lift to be on the mountain for the day and steps from dining, shopping and nightlife. Amazingly quiet for the proximity to Main Street. It's there, but you don't hear it, so you can relax and rest comfortably.
What makes this property unique
I''ve appointed this space as I would like it for my own family and friends. Very well equipped kitchen, nice furnishings, comfy mattresses with premium linens and bedding. Soft, large spa towels and quality shampoo, conditioner, shower and hand soap in each bath. The location is one of the best in Old Town, with Town Lift access a short walk or with a ride on the town trolley as well as restaurants, shops and night life on Historic Main Street.
