Very comfortable house with everything we needed.

We had such a nice stay here and thoroughly enjoyed this house for a quiet weekend getaway with friends. The house offered us everything we needed and all bedrooms and living areas were super comfy. Was terrible weather when we stayed so we didn’t get to go outside and enjoy the backyard/pool but that too looked great! Definitely recommend this property!

Great venue/property to catch-up with old friends.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your property . It was perfect. The open plan living kept us together even while I was in the kitchen and the others were dancing in the loungeroom. Loved that it was very central to everything also. Perfect weekend gettogether with friends. And the friendly cat was also a welcome outdoor guest.

This home has everything you need to have a great time in the Hunter. It is clean, smells great, fully fitted kitchen and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay at this spacious holiday home with our whole family — including my parents, our children, and even the dogs. The large pool was a highlight and was enjoyed by all six of us every day. With temperatures over 40 degrees throughout our stay, it was incredibly refreshing and very much appreciated.The air-conditioning worked well in the three front bedrooms and the main house. However, the master bedroom and ensuite did become rather warm at times. The portable air conditioner in the master bedroom was helpful — we ran it for a couple of hours before bed to bring the room down to a more comfortable temperature, and the ceiling fans also assisted. The ensuite bathroom in particular became very hot, so we mostly didn’t use it. The outdoor area was covered and suitable for dining, with a fan and BBQ available. However, due to the extreme heat during our stay, we weren’t able to make use of this space as much as we would have liked. The location is excellent, with wineries, breweries and Hunter Valley Gardens all close by, as well as the town centre and supermarkets just a short drive away.Communication with the host was simple and convenient, and access to the keys was clear and straightforward, making both arrival and departure easy. The host also responded promptly to questions we asked during our stay.Overall, this is a fantastic property and we would happily stay here again.

There was enough room for 8 of us (5 adults & 3 teenagers). House was tidy and rooms were spacious. Furniture needs updating. Coffee machine didn’t work and pool needed maintenance. Shame because these were the features that stood out for us.

Up the vines

Property was very nice to stay in very roomy place loved the pool. Only problem was the WiFi dropped out more then in but that's life. Family enjoyed staying there lots of room to move around in and comfy place .. thanks Tom enjoyed the stay
