The location of the property was great and the parking spot was perfect. The room is directly across from the pool gate that bangs every time someone goes in or out. There is also no security and anyone from the boardwalk can come into the pool area. The air conditioning unit is extremely loud. However the bed is very very comfortable. The bathroom is very small compared to other units and there are also no bikes available with unit as there are others. Overall it was fine for the price.

We're glad the location, parking, and bed comfort worked well during your stay. The pool gates are there to help keep the area secure, though we understand the sound can carry when they're not closed gently. We'll look into the A/C noise, as this hasn't been flagged before and we want every unit to be comfortable. Bikes aren't included with this unit, but rentals are available nearby for guests who'd like to explore. We appreciate the feedback and will keep working to make each stay as comfortable as possible.

Lovely stay!

The property was lovely, just as a described and in a great location for a relaxing vacation. It was great to have the reserved parking spot, the beach towels and beach chairs available. The studio is the perfect size for one person or a couple, would absolutely stay again!

Beach chairs and towels, kitchenette with mostly anything you might need, pool, lawn with chairs overlooking the beach. Boardwalk ends at this location so there's no foot traffic between the condo and beach. Nice place!

Excellent stay!

A great location, at the north end of the boardwalk (away from all the busyness of the area) but walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The property was very well maintained, and peaceful. A few seconds walking and you are on the beach! The rates were wonderful and the room was cozy, with a full kitchen! We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again.

The most enjoyable vacation ever!

The studio apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. Everything clean and neat as a pin. The location is ideal. It was quiet, relaxing and overall just what we needed. We hope to come back next year.

Great Location

Every time I’m in Virginia Beach I stay at this location. It is so close to the beach, but also has a grassy area if you don’t feel like getting sand everywhere . There is also a pool, laundry, and restaurant on site. The building is older, but I think has the right amount of charm for a solo or a couple of travelers. Pam was my host and she was wonderful. I really appreciate the small things she did to make the room feel cozy.

Oceans II condo 107

The condo was clean n well supplied with towels, kitchen utensils n plates, cups, etc. The contact person for the owner was super to work with n it was a perfect place for my granddaughter and I to stay!
