This is an old house with big, drafty rooms and squeaky floors. Bring warm socks and cozy lounging attire for morning and evening comfort! Otherwise, a very comfortable space.

Great neighborhood, host’s recommendation of things to do were solid, and the space has good bones, but the place is showing its age (screen door, appliances) and the host was slow to reply to issues (nothing terrible, just annoyances like a leaky shower head, shower pumps wouldnt pump body wash or conditioner, we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work).

We love staying at our "Pretend" house (so named by our granddaughter). We have stayed in 3 different units and they are always spotlessly clean and just as pictured. The location is great and quiet. Thank you!

Property was good, we had a good stay. Old house so expect lots of creeks. Not far from the spokane arena. Over all we had a good stay for our kids wrestling tournament.

Communication was great with owners. We had some issues the first day and worked through them. The location was GREAT. The refrigerator/freezer did not work. The wall heaters were tough to figure out, but the owners had portable heaters which made a big difference.

Great older house! Super location!

Second time staying here. Love the big deck and the large rooms. The location is perfect for adventures on the South Hill. Looking forward to staying here again. Don’t miss the Little Euro cafe just across the street. Excellent place for breakfast or lunch. Extremely happy with our stay!
