Families whose own home is being renovated or repaired, university lecturers on assignment, workers based in Brisbane for an extended contract, executives on relocation. Sherwood is a suburban environment, so is not suitable for groups seeking a party venue or holiday makers who will be keeping late hours.

This sophisticated precinct offers housing in one of Brisbane’s most exclusive and sought-after locations. Sherwood House is 5min walk to train and shopping centre with supermarket, cafes, banks etc. Close to the Brisbane river, arboretum, other local parks and is only 12km's to the CBD.

NB the cottage to rear of property has private access down side of property, has 1 person on long term lease there. He looks after the pool and garden as well. The window shades are permanently closed to ensure privacy when using the pool.
