Perfect getaway!

The online listing mentioned a couple of upgrades, but they didn't do justice to how much the property was updated - it was beautiful and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Great get away!

The condo was perfect for a small family, with plenty of room to be comfortable for a week. Beach is not crowded and a very close walk, pool and amenities were nice. Everything worked well, much appreciated! Highly recommend!

Kitchen was well equipped. No complaints except for the check-in time when everything was ready and we had to sit outside and wait. There was a lot of rain, & the parking space had a lot of standing water to wade through.

What a gem! The interior was upgraded in every respect. The unit was well appointed and had everything you could ever need. There is a generous closet full of beach supplies and parking is super convenient under the unit. The owner has been bought of every detail: there are power strips next to every bed for all your devices, light switches are well marked so you know immediately what you are doing, and the kitchen has every implement you could need to cook anything. The pool, beach, and tennis are steps away, with a Harris Teeter under a 1/4 mile walk. Well be back!

Perfectly Appointed Beach Condo

Grammie's Place was true to it's pictures, clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by how well appointed their beach equipment closet was. We had chairs, sun shades, umbrellas, a wagon and beach toys. The beach was a short walk away down the boardwalk and it was conveniently located right next to the lifeguard station which adds to the safety for swimmers. The Harris Teeter is also walking distance away which was very convenient. I love the new bike paths installed along the road and we were thrilled that Grammie's place came with a couple of bikes! Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay at Grammie's Place again.

Wonderful area, quite, but yet close to everything you need. We will be back with family.

This place isn't missing anything, has everything you need. Very close to the beach and pool. Nice big porch, too bad it doesn't have a nicer view, but it's a trade off for all the other nice things it has. We loved it!!

Perfect for our family

This property was recently updated and very nice. We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us. Quick walk to the beach, nice neighborhood and perfect size for our family that included 2.5 year old twins. We have already booked for next year.

Relaxing weeklong getaway

We had a lovely time staying at this condo. It was very clean and well-stocked with starter supplies. The rental agency provided timely communication and responded quickly to small issues that needed to be addressed like changing of a lightbulb and a broken set of blinds on the front door. The setup was very nice, with a great outdoor deck area with a picnic table and some Adirondack chairs. One of the things we loved is that we were away from the center of the complex where the pool was located so it was quieter and more private. The beach area was a reasonable distance walk. I only wished I could have seen the ocean or heard it from the condo. That was the only drawback. We were definitely stay here again!

Great value for the cost!

We spent most of our time outdoors but it was nice to know there was a clean and comfortable place to relax at night. The kitchen was well accommodated for meal prep. Thanks!

Mom, daughter, and grandma trip.

This VRBO was very clean and adorable. It is newly remodeled so we appreciated the nice kitchen, bathrooms, and couch area. Loved sitting on the patio during a rainstorm. We would love to go back to this area and would certainly want to rent this unit again.
