A spacious opened planned 2 bedroom newly refurbished duplex. This newly renovated unit welcomes you the moment you walk in the door. The kitchen is fully equipped and living areas are bright and cool.
A short stroll to all amenities including the Club Old Bar, cafes, restaurants, Old Bar CBD and the local patrolled beach.

Lovely large backyard, that can accommodate your boat as the yard is fully fenced.

This great 2 bedroom unit sleeps 5 comfortably.

It has aircon in the living area and Wifi connected.

Bed Configuation is 1x Queen and 1x Double with single on top.

Outside laundry so wet swimmers stay outside.

Within close proximity to the seaside haven of Old Bar, offering an array of amenities including Coles supermarket, medical centre, cafes, club, tavern and more.
Only approx. 20 minutes drive to Taree CBD and approx. 30 minutes to Forster/Tuncurry, 2 hours from Newcastle and 3 1/2 hours from Sydney.

Clean comfortable and close to everything

This property was the perfect spot ... it is an easy walk to beach, club and shops ... The property was clean, spacious, very comfortable and beautifully presented....the yard was flat and fully fenced which was great for little ones to play.. Raelie was very helpful and friendly to deal with and made checking in and out very easy... We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely rebook this again ..

Great little spot with everything included

I stayed in Old Bar for a week at this place and it was sensational. Very Clean, great location and easy process. I would. Certainly stay here again!

Property was ideally suited for us - easy walk to Club Old Bar. Spotlessly clean, with amenities for cooking breakfast (and other meals if required). Check in process (key box) & communications with property manager allwent smoothly.
