This beautiful, quiet place was exactly what we were looking for. They provided literally everything you might need excluding food. Was very convenient to the beach access and tons of great restaurants and shops. We will be back for sure!

Everything was great, quick easy beach access (right across the street from the condo). The complex’s pool was nice. This condo had everything we needed for a day at the beach, chairs, wagon, umbrella, towels, even has toys if you bring your kiddos. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Very close to the beach and to the good sized pool! Worked well for us. Plenty of towels closet space and hangers. Fridge is large and freezer has an ice maker. Could use a deep clean and there is a strong mildew/mold smell that doesn’t go away. Beach chairs are older and rusty we bought a new one to use but the wagon was useful and there are plenty of floats for the pool and beach toys if you have children. Porch is nice for coffee or a meal not many bugs at all thanks to all the cute lizards.

We have two cleaners, so deep cleaning is performed after every check-out. Beach chairs are replaced every three months, and indeed, they do experience rapid rust due to humidity and salty air. We also provide oversized beach towels to cover chairs to prevent the possibility of skin contact with rust. It's a known fact living in a hot and humid climate it's essential to keep the door to the apartment closed at all times to preserve the cool and dry air inside. Failure to do so will not only put a strain on AC, but also will bring 95°F outdoor air with 80% humidity inside causing musty smell. However stating that moldy smell is present could potentially be considered defamatory and a subject to legal action.

This was our first stay at Anna Maria. Anna’s place was the perfect choice for accommodations. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was just across the street. We were even able to walk to Publix and grab breakfast. Anna even allowed us to do a later check- out which was very helpful. I definitely will look to stay here again.
