About this property

Our charming 4 bedroom 3 bath Florida beach cottage, which is over 1800 feet and sleeps 8 with 2 full kitchens and a fully covered porch and large patio in the back unit. Cottage is across the street from the soft, white sands of the world-famous Siesta Beach which is consistently rated the best beach in the United States (you will be a 5 minute walk from access 7). Enjoy the amazing sunsets each night of your stay without the hassles of traffic, parking and crowds.

You will also be 2 blocks from Siesta Village, with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops. You will feel like a local as you walk or bike and enjoy our special piece of heaven.

Downtown Sarasota, which is a brief ride or Uber away, is world renowned and known for its cultural institutions, gourmet restaurants, art galleries, theatre, the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, and the Ringlings’ breathtaking home, Ca’d’Zan on Sarasota Bay. After a day in the sun, beach combing, boating or shopping enjoy a drink on your private patio after you have taken advantage of the outdoor shower. Your cottage has all the amenities from beach chairs and toys to Wi-Fi and cable and private laundry room.

Nice long weekend

Some of our group showed up early, no problem. We all enjoyed the atmosphere and staging of both cabins. The locks were a little fussy, but didn't slow us down. The location is incredible, short walks to the beach or to the downtown area. Great way to spend your vacation!

Great location, friendly and helpful property manager!

The location was just as described. A short enjoyable walk to the downtown and the same to the beach. The cottages were very cute. We stayed in 13A and 13B and were very happy with the outdoor sitting areas and the outdoor shower. The layout of the rooms in 13A are interesting but also very typical for a lot of cottages we have stayed at. The property manger was so helpful and responsive and friendly. Would stay here again!
