We do not provide detergent for the dishwasher, dish soap, or laundry detergent. Pool Heat is available for an additional Fee - $35/day and 3 days minimum.

Great place to stay! Plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 year old. Appreciated a master on the main floor with direct access to hot tub and pool, and the hot tub was hot! The resort pool had more than enough chairs available for sunbathing which is hard to find. Great location, close to parks. Only suggestion would be to add hand rail or step into hot tub as grandpa struggled a bit getting in and out. Would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

Awesome House and Neighborhood

This space was clean, spacious and modern. It had all the necessary amenities and then some. The neighborhood was relatively quite, which was nice. The host was also very responsive which is a big plus. The only downside was that the tv in the living room is an older model so we couldn't download the Disney+ app to watch it and the Wi-Fi was a little slow.

Annual Girls Trip

House was amazing everything was very clean and beautifully decorated, kitchen was fully equipped had everything we needed and more but this home is not for small children too much glass but for us it was perfect very nice If I could improve anything it would be the checking in process the address sent us to gate closest to our house but you had to check in at main gate and once we got up to that gate we had to pull back out of line because they did not have my name the situation was corrected in about 15 minutes and we was headed in but it was a little frustrating because I did the pre registration to avoid any of this and still had a problem but once we got there it was all worth it.

House is clean, great location and spacious! Close to all Disney parks

We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed the Disney parks for 5. The house is close to all parks. We had 10 people and had plenty of room. The pool was hot and we did not pay for heated pool as it’s hot outside but I did notice the pool loses water and the hot tub drains into the pool so if you want to cool off go to the clubhouse pool. The clubhouse was nice and the pool was even better! I love everything about the house and location but the communication between the office and guard shack needs work! I sent a list of all 10 people staying and 1 persons name was spelled wrong by the office which caused issues getting her car pass. The other persons name wasn’t even on the guard shack list so when he arrived at midnight he had issues as well! I had a copy of the list and this was the offices mistake! The office blamed the guard shack system and the guard shack said it was the office! Absolutely ridiculous that after driving several hours and arriving at midnight you have to deal with crap like that! We did extend our stay 1 night and had the same issue when going to get our new car passes. The overall property was amazing but the staff needs training on typing and communication! Giving the run around and playing the blame game instead of taking accountability is not a good look! If I were the owner of this property I would manage it myself!

Terrible traffic location no easy way in or out

Terrible traffic in and out of this property. The property was as listed clean and spacious. Open yard next to property is the local dog park and no one cleans up after their dogs. Long walk to pool from this home. It’s nice but traffic is a killer.
