As seen on the prestigious Plum Guide, our home is totally central - safe, calm and quiet.
We are located in the ultra-fashionable "Haut Marais" in the very heart of Paris. Home to Paris Fashion Week 6x per year, the 400 year old Marché des Enfants Rouges and Picasso Museum - you will adore the shopping, dining and people watching!

You are minutes away from anywhere you want to be - Louvre, Seine, Monuments...
Some of the most celebrated restaurants in Paris are a 2 min walk away. The closest metro stop is a 7 minutes walk.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator which is rare in the Marais. It's very spacious with 140 sq meters/ 1500 sq feet : 3 bedrooms, each with queen bed. Bedroom 2 can be converted to have 2 singles instead of a queen and all bedroom have en suite bathroom with toilet. There is also a guest toilet.

The office has a large desk in case you need to work and fast internet throughout the apartment - Fiber optic 400 mbps.

Just renovated - everything is BRAND new. New double paned windows ensure your stay will be quiet and calm.

Windows on both street and courtyard allow you to get a fresh air current through the apartment and there is central air conditioning in the main living area and 2 bedrooms. The third bedroom has its own unit.

The living area is very comfortable with large sofa to seat 6, 2 easy chairs and and ottoman. The bookcase doors open to reveal a large new flat screen TV with cable - Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC, CNN in English and all the French channels.

Please note that we recently added a dog to our family. She is a Lagotto Romagnolo, hypoallergenic and does not shed so you should not even notice her presence.

Cleanliness is very important and we do our best to ensure that everything sparkles for your arrival.

A word on cancellations - please understand that 90% of our guests book 6 months in advance. If someone cancels even 1 month before, we are unlikely to get a new booking. However we have already paid to be out of our apartment so we would be out of pocket. We are not a big hotel and can't take the financial impact of last minute cancellations. Fortunately, almost all travel insurance covers Covid now and it's not expensive. Please get travel insurance.

Absolutely perfect stay

I have nothing but glowing things to say about our stay, this was without question the best apartment you could ever ask to stay in in Paris. The location is walkable to so many bistros and having the park across the street was a dream for our family with young daughters. The apartment is filled with light and it’s so peaceful. And best of all, the hosts were responsive and helpful. We will never stay anywhere else on future trips to Paris - this is it! It truly became our home away from home!

A Dream Come True in Paris

This apartment is stunning. Every room is comfortable, beautifully decorated and clean. The view out the windows is gorgeous. The neighborhood is the most charming. We got to know the fruit vendors, and the waiters at the local restaurants. We felt very safe. My kids said when we return to Paris we must stay here again.

This is a beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes and the Metro. The views are very relaxing with the park across the street. The beds were very comfortable and everything was stocked well and clean. We used several appliances with no problems and it was handy to have the house guide for all the things as well as AC for when it was a bit warm. The apartment was very secure. It is on the 3rd floor (plus ground) so keep in mind there are a lot of stairs although there is a small elevator that was convenient for luggage. Overall, we would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Beautiful home in the Marais

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean, and within walking distance to cafes and shops in the Marais. Tam was incredibly easy to deal with and she ensured that our checkin was very smooth. Tam also maintained contact throughout our stay. We have stayed in the Marais many times and by far this is the best apartment we have stayed in. Highly recommend it! Thank you Tam.

The Ritz on Rue

Everything about this property and experience was 5 stars. From the super friendly and informative owners, to the superb location with a park across the street to watch from your chair (and we literally waled to dinner somewhere new every night), and then the place was like home from the beautifully designed layout to the great artwork ( Rufus, our neon space piece). You cannot go wrong with this rental. My entire family loved it!

We had a spectacular time staying in this wonderful flat and quintessential neighborhood. All you needed to do was walk downstairs and Parisian culture was at your fingertips. Our new favorite neighborhood in Paris

What a wonderful experience we all had. The location is amazing. The apartment was very nice and the kitchen was exceptionally appointed. FYI - there is not a lot of hanging space for clothes. We were there for over a week and had to get creative with where to hang things. But overall the hosts were exceptional, the property lovely, the view stunning, and the location perfect.

Fantastic Apartment in the heart of Paris

We can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment in the Marais. It is immaculately clean, kitted out with everything one could possibly need and beautifully designed and furnished to boot! The location is perfect with so much to do, see and eat just outside your front door. The walkability score is 💯! Everything you need is a stone’s throw away. The owners are beyond lovely and make sure you are lacking for nothing during your stay. A real gem!

One amazing week!!

I can’t say enough things about this beautiful property! We represented three generations in the Murray for a week, my dad, my brother and my daughter. The location is spectacular. The owners are lovely and kind and generous and accommodating. If you are lucky enough to be able to stay here at any point in your life, you are very, very fortunate! The restaurants in the neighborhood are fantastic. Walking to many of our favorite sites was very easy. We will be back here again, and again, and again!

Stunning views, generous floor plan

We arrived here for a special Christmas holiday. The home is a bastion, a model, a paragon of studied posh. The heart and soul of this home is evident. The hosts were easy to each, kind, and there was nothing lacking in our stay. We were very sick during our visit and it was such a perfect sanctuary. Wonderful in every way!

This is a beautiful apartment with wonderful hosts in a delightful neighborhood. Our group of 6 adults had lots of room for sharing meals and conversations. The open great room/ kitchen was perfect, with new appliances. Bathrooms and showers are new. Every detail is considered for the guests, including a very thorough binder with suggestions for exploring the neighborhood's many restaurants and stores. The park directly across the street is lovely, too. I give it my highest recommendation!

A Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment felt incredibly charming while also being very spacious at the same time. Despite being on a bustling street full of great shops and restaurants the apartment was very quiet. We loved the beautiful windows/doors that looked out into the street below. The AC kept all of the rooms at a comfortable temperature even in July and we loved that each room had its own spacious bathroom. Check-in was a breeze, as was the communication throughout the whole process. And we really appreciated all of the restaurant recommendations. We hated to leave and would 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you!

If I could rate this property 10 stars I’d do so without hesitation! An absolutely stunning home in a Parisian fairytale location, this was truly a dream to come home to each night after our daily adventures in this amazing city. Our entire group of 5 adults agreed that this beautiful home was as integral to the Paris experience as our daily adventures. Great combination of gathering and separate space, comfortable beds, bathrooms galore, equipped with everything one might need, beautifully appointed. And in a fantastic neighborhood. Our Week in Paris

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely Marais district apartment. It contained all the amenities we needed and more: appliances. A/C.0, Wi-Fi, TV,etc. The neighborhood gave us many choices for grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and bistros, etc. The park across the street gave some lovely greenery in our view. We enjoyed our gourmet tasting:wine meal at Dessance… a Michelin Guide establishment within walking distance. Iovine’s Pizza was tasty too! If you want a quiet building… this is the place. Just take note that there is major construction on the street as in most of Paris for the upcoming Olympics in 2924. A lovely apartment.

Our wonderful stay in Paris!

Your home is absolutely stunning! It was clean, comfortable and so French! The view is incredible and having a park across the street was and added piece of magic. Everything was at your fingertips from shopping to food to rental bikes. This was our first time in Paris and your home was no doubt the best choice for our family. We have three absolute favorite vacation rental properties. One in Napa Valley, one on Maui and now your home!

Wonderful, as advertised!

We are a family of four (two adults, two school-aged children) who stayed at this lovely apartment for a week in August. Rarely does a listing so accurately match reality, and we were grateful that this one did, as we were hopeful from the listing. The fully-stocked kitchen utensils and appliances made meal prep easy; the flood of natural light in the main living space helped ease our jetlag; and the location couldn't be more fabulous. The owners are strong communicators in English and we hope to stay with them again.

Our home is truly rare - located in the Haut Marais - it's perfectly central to everything you want to see - museums, monuments, Seine. You will stay where Paris Fashion Week takes place 6 times per year and our neighborhood cafés have the best people watching in Paris. There is a stunning third floor view of the Square du Temple park, beautiful Haussmannian architecture and Mairie de Paris 3eme monument. All the best restaurants, shopping and art galleries are a 5 to 10 minute walk. Don't miss the Picasso Museum, Place de Vosges and Café Charlot.

What makes this property unique

Everything is brand new! The apartment is 140 sq meters / 1500 sq feet with 2 showers, 1 full bath and 4 toilets. Each of the three large bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with toilet for maximum privacy. The elevator and air conditioning are rare benefits maximum comfort. The large cook's kitchen has its own herb garden on the balcony and everything you need if you like to cook (or lots of counter space for take out.) All the windows and new and double paned. The apartment is surprisingly calm and quiet and flooded with natural light. We have fast fiber optic internet in case you need to stay connected.
