This beautiful single family home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and an open floor plan with a game room and bar. A large luxurious master suit with walk in shower and jet tub. Gourmet high end kitchen, dinning room, living room, and utility room with washer and dryer with sink. Amazing large front porch and spacious backyard with an large back deck and a fire pit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS- 4 BEDROOMS:
Master suit- king bed with a private balcony.
Bedroom 2 & 3- queen beds, bedroom 4- full and twin beds with 2 twin trundles beds. Only linens supplied are sheets/pillow case.

Driveway parking for 6 cars, WIFI, outside shower, BBQ gas grill and all the comforts of home. The house comes with 5 beach passes, beach chairs and umbrellas, and 4 bicycles will be included for your convenience. Book your paradise vacation today!

Had a great stay with our adult kids and new grandbaby! Plenty of great spaces to gather inside and out. The pool table helped us stay busy when the weather didn’t cooperate. The perfect vacation house!!

I just spent a week at this absolutely gorgeous home with my family, and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The house itself has everything you could possibly want in a vacation home, and is in a perfect location. It’s an easy walk to the boardwalk but still on a quiet street that isn’t bustling with people looking for parking. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived, and the hosts were easy to talk to and very helpful! We’re already discussing our return next summer and making it a tradition!

My family of 5 and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. It was spacious, equipped with essentials and very convenient. There is a great game room and bar area along with a relaxing outdoor space on the front porch and back deck. Wash and dryer was a plus along with a beautiful kitchen with all appliances. Such a great trip!

Great house great getaway

Everything was great at this property. The house is so beautiful and has everything you could possibly need and more. Plenty of space to spread out and the outdoor spaces are gorgeous too. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk was easy enough and the immediate neighborhood was peaceful and nice. Pascal was very responsive with any questions I had. Thanks for a great place to stay, despite the bad luck we had with weather during our trip.

A great house!

This house really was great. The front porch and back deck are a dream. Negatives, the beds - all but the master were uncomfortable and the washing machine was broken while we were there. That stunk. Everything else was really great! Just a beautiful beach house.

Pascal & Cindy's Beach house is equiped with EVERYTHING you will need from A-Z.(Apple peeler to Zapper(bug)! How many times have I rented a beach house & had to drive to store to buy a "___". Not this week! Wonderful home: spacious, immaculate, beautifully decorated, child friendly, porches to die for, quiet, sweet neighborhood, close to Lake Louise(for paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing), Beach walkable, (but we drove the 4 blocks because of bulky baby tents, etc.) & very generous House Parking! After treating our adult children & Granddaughters to Pascal & Cindy's Beach house, I know Grandpa & I will get the "Good Nursing Home" someday!!

The house was beautiful, my only concern was no parking on the streets overnight. And make sure you bring blankets for the beds. Do not need sheets however.

Unfortunately the township requires a parking permit for over-night parking but the home has an oversize driveway that can accommodate six vehicles. As per the listing bed linens are supplied with the home but guest must supply blankets and towels.

Great house! Great location! Great vacation! This house and everything and just a short walk to the beach. The game room was spectacular. Lots of space for family time and big enough if you wanted a quiet area to read or take a cat nap. The owners were extremely accommodating and answered any questions immediately. Bonus, every Thursday night the boardwalk has a fireworks display that is visible from the home's backyard. Just great.
