Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was very nice, and the location very good. Only negatives were that the pool was very dirty when we arrived, but was quickly fixed. The floors in the cottage could use to be mopped, our feet were black. Beyond that, the beds we comfortable, and we had a great time. Every interaction or question/concern was quickly taken care of by the staff.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very clean. The house has the bare minimum in amenities. It has a pool which we enjoyed but the towels were a little bigger than a hand towel. We had 6 people in and out all day with small thin towels. Same for the bathrooms. 1 bath towel pp for 5 days. In 2 of the bathrooms, the tp holders were broken and on the floor. As for the kitchen, be prepared, there’s not even salt and pepper. These details, which are easily remedied, would have made our trip better.

Reviewer Comments: It’s the 3rd time in Margaritaville, 4th if you count the 1 Day we had before lockdown in March of 2020. 2nd time at this address, loved every minute of it. The house is absolutely amazing very clean and like all the rest of the homes in Margaritaville nicely decorated. The pool and spa with the water view is the cherry on top. The community pool is also very fun for the family, we recommend that if you are in Margaritaville, you go here.

The Promenade so close was a nice addition.Cottage did need some repairs, AC stopped working, bathroom fixtures coming off walls, no kitchen towels provided but location was fantastic!
